Το μενού μας βασίζεται στην παραδοσιακή γαλλική κουζίνα. Αχνιστές σούπες, γαλλική κρεμμυδόσουπα, βελουτέ σούπα κίτρινης κολοκύθας με πορτοκάλι, βελουτέ σούπα κάστανο. Φιλέτα και entrecote με βουτυράτες ή κρασάτες σάλτσες (cafe de Paris, Bearnaise, marchand de vin, Μαδέρα, πιπεράτη). Boeuf Bourguignon για τις κρύες μέρες του χειμώνα. Λίγοι θα αντισταθούν στη γοητεία ενός ταρτάρ και πολλοί άλλοι θα κλείσουν το γεύμα τους πανηγυρικά με crepes suzette, souffle au chocolat ή soufflé grand marnier.

Such a shame for such a renowned restaurant. (The food was nice by the way). P.S. the next time I should be driving my super car.

We tried the salad "Blue Pine", the foie gras with figs, spicy tartare and the chateaubriand for 2 people. The salad, foie gras and tartare were executed to perfection and were very tasty. I did not go crazy for the chateaubriand coming with fries cut as sticks and bearnaise sauce but it did not disappoint. In my opinion the service was exceptional and I really approve of the fact that the staff were older people. To me it means that they do not try to substitute experience for cheaper hands. Although the restaurant is in the pricier side, I would definitely suggest if you want to try classic French cuisine.
