★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν το συνιστώ με την καμία! Απαράδεκτο ? Οι καμπίνες σε άθλια κατάσταση, ο κλιματισμός δεν κλείνει και παρά πολυ αργο! Θα έφευγα στις 10:00 και φυγαμε στις 12:00! Τώρα έπρεπε να φύγουμε στις 1:15 και οι άνθρωποι από το λιμανικο μας είπαν ότι θα φύγουμε στις 3 και...
Μεγάλες οι καθυστερήσεις και δεν τηρούνται τα μέτρα του κορονοιου!! Δεν φοράνε οι περισσότεροι μάσκες και όταν είναι να κατέβεις δεν τηρείται καμία απόσταση!!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Φύγαμε από τον Πειραιά για Ρέθυμνο με περίπου μία ώρα καθυστέρηση (δηλαδή στις 21:00). Φτάσαμε στη Μήλο στη 1:30 όπου ενημερωθήκαμε ότι δεν θα φύγουμε για Σαντορίνη λόγω απαγορευτικού. Μιλώντας με τον αρχικαμαρώτο και τον πλοίαρχο μας είπαν ότι το έμαθαν μια μία ώρα πριν φτάσουμε. Βέβαια όταν εμείς οι ίδιοι μιλήσαμε με το λιμεναρχείο μάθαμε ότι το απαγορευτικό απόπλου ήταν σε ισχύ από το προηγούμενο απόγευμα στις 18:00. Όταν λοιπόν ερωτήθηκε ο αρχικαμαρώτος αν το ήξεραν και δεν μας το είπαν ή αν δεν το ήξεραν η απάντηση του ήταν "Δεν μιλάω άλλο μαζί σας"!!! Ντροπή σας!!!! Μόνο αυτό έχω να πω...
INCREDIBLE! We left Piraeus for Rethymnon with about an hour delay (ie 21:00). We arrived at Milos at 1:30 where we were informed that we would not leave for Santorini due to a ban. Talking to the commander and master we were told that they had learned it an hour before we arrived. Of course, when we talked to the Port Authority ourselves, we learned that the detention was in effect from 18:00 the previous afternoon. So when the beggar was asked if they knew it and they didn't tell us or if they didn't know his answer was "I don't talk to you anymore" !!! Same on you!!!! That's all I have to say ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, they have not reclinabile chairs for economy, making it extremely hard to sleep if you plan to travel by night, moreover they had over 1 hour delay. Avoid this company if you can.

Take an earlier or more expensive ferry of another company, it's well worth it !
(Attractive hours and prices but far too risky => cancelled ferry, no forgiveness, no proposition of financial compensation.. it can really ruin your holiday !

I faced very friendly staff, smiling and willing to help, very clean cambin and nice atmosphere overall. My trip was cozy and comfortable.
