A hotel that deserves at most one star, although from what we talked to other guests, we did not hit the worst. 4 stars are hotels that you pass while going to the sea. The hotel is constantly under renovation, as you can see in the attached photos. The worst thing is that the Rainbow travel agency says the hotel is over ... I wonder how many more people could be fooled. The confirmation is the fact that the resident herself, who was supposed to sleep in the hotel, spent one night in it, after which she changed the hotel. There is Wi-Fi, but without internet access. There was supposed to be a bus to the beach, a few times a day, of course broken, but "tomorrow will be here". There was hot water in the shower only twice during a week long stay. It becomes a problem when you need to bathe your baby in the evening. The staff is dressed as they please, which looks strange for a hotel with four stars. It happens that the waiter takes the plate from under the chin. It was also a problem to open the room, not to mention a hole in the door, which one can assume someone had punched out with his fist, because the opening was too big for him. In conclusion, it should be much better, especially when it comes to any stars. I do not recommend.

The hotel is fine, nicely refurbished, but is full of basic functionality. There is no garbage can in my room. We collect everything on a scrap of the top. My mother and I have one wardrobe with hangers, there is not a single shelf where we could hide anything. The shower cubicle has neither a door nor a curtain and the window in this shower does not close because the wall does not allow it. The service is delightful you can't fault them. During our stay (room every 2 days) in the whole hotel from 9pm to 9am the next morning there was no water due to a breakdown. There was no coffee this morning. Beer night yesterday. We'll see what's next. Location a bit poor for 4 stars and not the hotel decor at all. Because maybe the decor is 4 stars by local standards.

A fatal object. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It can be treated only as a hostel or poor guest house, but it is not a category of any hotel. I was on a weekend for PLN 1500 a week and that's why I give as many as 2 stars, because it was really cheap. But everything else is on a minus - lack / terrible food, old smelly rooms, dirty pool, ugly surroundings, etc.

Not a bad hotel in general, but there are some nuances) breakfast is so-so, for me personally it was not bad, considering that I used to eat vegetables and eggs for breakfast, the staff is polite! Cleaning the room every 2-3 days, a room without frills, everything you need to travel around Crete, even though I had a great time just by the pool ...) in general, such a Spartan hotel, but I liked everything in general!)
