Το Εθνικό Θέατρο διατηρεί λίστα με διευθύνσεις email φίλων του που επιθυμούν να λαμβάνουν τα ενημερωτικά μηνύματα του (newsletter).

Best Performing arts theater in Greece

The seating in the theater is very flexible, so that depending on the theater production, seats are arranged differently. Excellent views from every seat. Very inexpensive tickets. Coffee place right next to the theater, very convenient. Historic restaurant just around the corner for dinner.

C	Chris Ratcliffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited to watch Troilus and Cressida and we were treated to an incredible performance. The theatre is compact but comfortable and the staff incredibly helpful
S	Sotia D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and saw a play called "Το ταξιδι" (in translation it means "The Trip"). The actors were mostly teenagers and the story was focusing on a common reality for many people. That is, running away from your home into a new country for a better chance to life. It was a moving story that was enhanced by the excellent director Mrs Vgienopooulou and the fact that the kids themselves had a similar story to tell. Words are not enough to explain the whole experience. Other than that the theatre was very nice and clean, with friendly stuff. The ceiling of the theatre room was interesting as well.

N	Ntenis-Dionisis Koullolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α nice and comfortable theater, located in center of Athens. 5 minutes from Panepistimio station. As far as I know all plays are in Greek.
R	Ron Schroeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is s high quality theatre, and one of the few that offers English subtitles for non-Greek speakers to be able to understand the dialogue. Note that the subtitles are displayed on a panel above the stage ship if you are seated too far back on the main floor the balcony will block your ability to see the panel. The play I attended they relocated us to the balcony (cheaper seats), but if you are attending a sold out show they marry not be able to do that for you.
