★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαβάζω κριτικές για την εξυπηρέτηση και απορώ. Πήγα ημέρα Σάββατο, που κλείνουν 15:00. Τουλάχιστον δυο ώρες τη ζάλισα την κοπέλα, γιατί είχα πολύ συγκεκριμένο πράγμα στο μυαλό μου. Το μαγαζί είχε κλείσει, δεν ήξερα το ωράριο και συνέχιζα να χαζεύω τα ρούχα. Παρόλα αυτά δεν ήταν καμμία αγενής μαζί μου, το αντίθετο. Πήρα ένα φόρεμα και επέστρεψα σήμερα να το αλλάξω με κάτι άλλο που είχα δει στο Ίντερνετ. Ευγενέστατες και πάλι και να με εξυπηρετήσουν αμέσως Κ ας γινόταν χαμός απο κόσμο. Ας είμαστε λίγο πιο ευγενικές και πρόσχαρες Κ οι πελάτισσες. Δεν φταίνε για όλα οι πωλήτριες. Το φόρεμα υπέροχο. Ωραία ρούχα γενικά για όλα τα γούστα! Θα ψωνίσω σίγουρα ξανά !

I got a dress and came back today to change it with something else I had seen on the Internet. Gentlemen again and to serve me immediately When it was a waste of people. Let's be a little more polite and cheerful K's customers. The saleswomen are not to blame for everything. The dress is wonderful. Nice clothes in general for all tastes! I will definitely shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service & great quality products ! First of all I would like to mention that the customer service administrators are very polite. I asked them about a dress and patiently explained to me everything. As I live far from their headquarters and I couldn’t travel at the moment, there was no way to try the dress and see how it fits me. So a c.s.administrator suggested to order the dress, try it on and return it without any charge ! Indeed, I received the ? in a very nice package. When I unwrapped it , I faced the perfect material shining in front of me . It was love at first sight … and the fitting - just perfect !
