Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άριστη, και η προθυμία να δοκιμάσω όσο περισσότερα ρούχα ήθελα ήταν μεγάλη, για να διαλέξω τελικά κάτι που μου πήγαινε και που θα ευχαριστιόμουν. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο. Some years ago I visited the store to buy a ready-made garment for my son's baptism. The service was excellent, and the willingness to try on as many clothes as I wanted was great, to finally choose something that suited me and that I would enjoy. I have no complaints.
E	Evie Barla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα στις δύσκολες αυτές μέρες που διανύουμε.... να πετάμε στον κάδο των αχρήστων τα με πολύ κόπο κερδισμένα χρήματά μας για τέτοια κακοραμένα κουρέλια!! Ειδικότερα όταν όλο αυτό συνοδεύεται με την πλέον απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Μέχρι να "κλείσει" η δουλειά ευγένεια κ φιλικότητα κ πολλές υποσχέσεις... αμέσως μετά στροφή 180 μοιρών! Αδιαφορία, ψεύτικες δικαιολογίες, δύσκολη επικοινωνία, απαράδεκτο αποτέλεσμα, το οποίο κ με το ζόρι να παραδοθεί εμπρόθεσμα, επικαλούμενοι φόρτο εργασίας!! Ίσως βέβαια να έπαιξε ρόλο οτι μετά τη 2η πρόβα δεν δέχτηκα να μου ανεβάσει το ποσό που εξ αρχής είχαμε συμφωνήσει κ μάλιστα χωρίς απόδειξη. Στις 3 μέρες που απομένουν καλούμαι να βρω κάτι έτοιμο για να μην εκτεθώ.... 1 αστεράκι γιατί δεν έχει 0... *Κ επανέρχομαι μετά από τόσο καιρό.... ενώ είχα αποφασίσει να το αφήσω πίσω μου κ παρόλη την αναστάτωση στην οποία βρεθήκαμε οικογενειακώς στο παρά 5 της βάφτισης, να μην ασχοληθώ άλλο με την εν λόγω κυρία που μου έκλεινε το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα όταν την καλούσα για τα παράπονά μου εφόσον δεν τηρούνταν τίποτα από όσα είχαμε συμφωνήσει!! Εκείνη όμως αποφάσισε να το ανακινήσει σήμερα, στέλνοντάς μου μνμ... στο οποίο με κατηγορεί για την αρνητική κριτική μου κ οτι αυτά θα μπορούσα να της τα πω τηλεφωνικά (αναρωτιέμαι πόσες φορές ήθελε να καλέσω κ να μου το κλείνει στη μούρη κ να μη καλεί ποτέ πίσω?? ) Δεν ζήτησε συγνώμη, δεν μπήκε καν στον κόπο να ασχοληθεί με τα παράπονα.. αντ' αυτού μου είπε ότι εν ολίγοις κ λίγα μου πήρε!(!!!) - πλήρωσα ακριβώς ό,τι είχαμε συμφωνήσει- κ μάλιστα με απείλησε ΜΕ ΝΟΜΙΚΕΣ ΚΙΝΗΣΕΙΣ περί δυσφήμισης αν δεν κατεβάσω την κριτική μου!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.... Πραγματικά δεν είχα όρεξη να ασχοληθώ... αλλά όχι εκεί που σου χρωστάνε να σε βγάζουν κ χρεωμένο!! 'Ελεος!!! Too bad in these difficult days we are going through .... to throw in the trash the our hard earned money for such bad rags !! Especially when all this is accompanied by the most unacceptable behavior! Until the job is "closed" courtesy and friendliness and many promises ... immediately after a 180 degree turn! Indifference, false excuses, difficult communication, unacceptable result, which is forced to be delivered on time, citing workload !! Maybe of course it played a role that after the 2nd rehearsal I did not accept to increase the amount that we had agreed from the beginning and even without a receipt. In the remaining 3 days I am called to find something ready so as not to be exposed .... 1 star because it does not have 0 ... * I'm back after so long .... while I had decided to leave it behind me and despite the upset in which my family and I were at par 5 of the baptism, not to bother with the lady in question who hung up the phone in my face when I called her for my complaints if none of the what we had agreed !! But she decided to shake it today, sending me mnm ... in which she accuses me of my negative criticism and that I could tell her these by phone (I wonder how many times she wanted to call and close it in my mouth and not ever calls back ??) He did not apologize, he did not even bother to deal with the complaints .. instead he told me that in a little while he took me! (!!!) - I paid exactly what we had agreed- and in fact he threatened me WITH LEGAL MOVEMENTS about defamation if I do not download my review !! The conclusion is yours to make.... I really did not have the appetite to deal ... but not where they owe you to get out of debt !! 'Mercy!!!
A	Athanasia Grivaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φυσικά και έχω αγοράσει από εσάς, θα μπορείτε να το δείτε και από το ιστορικό σας υποθέτω. -Τεράστια δυσκολία στην επικοινωνία -Στο τελικό αποτέλεσμα υπήρχαν ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΛΕΣ ατέλειες, όπως κλωστές να πετάνε και κακό κόψιμο στο τέλος του ρούχου. -Το νυφικό και το πέπλο δόθηκαν ΠΑΝΤΕΛΩΣ ασιδέρωτα και σε κάκιστη κατάσταση (έκοβα περιμετρικά μόνη μου τις κλωστές). -Δεν έγινε ό,τι είχε συμφωνηθεί εξαρχής στο πέπλο. Παρά μόνο κάθε φορά μου λέγατε ότι την επόμενη θα έχει γίνει (κέντημα αρχικών). Τελικά στην παραλαβή, και ενώ μου είχατε πει ότι θα είναι όπως συμφωνήσαμε, μου είπατε ότι δεν γινόταν. Huge difficulty in communication -In the final result there were VERY imperfections, such as threads throwing and a bad cut at the end of the garment. -The wedding dress and the veil were FULLY ironed and in a bad condition (I cut the threads around the perimeter myself). -What was not agreed from the beginning did not happen in the veil. Except every time you told me that the next day will be done (initial embroidery). Eventually on receipt, and while you had told me it would be as we agreed, you told me it was not possible.
