Ελαφρώς καβουρδισμενος με αποτέλεσμα να ξινίζει στο φλυτζανι. Δεν έχουμε όλοι μηχανές με pid και σταθερές θερμοκρασίες πάνω από 90°C, οπότε θα μπορούσαν να έχουν επιλογή για πιο dark ψήσιμο στον καφέ (city plus, ίσως). Κατά τα άλλα ο καφές φρεσκότατος και έφτασε την επόμενη εργάσιμη.
