★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ήσυχο και όμορφο μέρος. Μέσα σε έναν κήπο με ροδιές. Τα δωμάτια πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά. Το μπάνιο με μπανιέρα μεσα, πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Οι βεραντούλες σατ δωμάτια κοιτάζουν στον κήπο και είναι ιδανικές για χαλάρωμα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους ψάχνουν δωμάτιο στην Παροικιά.
 Very quiet and beautiful place. Inside a garden with pomegranates. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom with bathtub inside, very spacious and clean. The terraced sat rooms overlook the garden and are ideal for relaxing. The owner very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it to those looking for a room in Parikia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are lucky enough to meet the owner (Grant Papa Stelios), you have a lesson for a lifetime. This is how islanders were, and should be. This man dedicated his life teaching principles. If you meet his granddaughter (Violetta) at the reception then you are not lucky, you're Blessed.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodia Studios and Appartments is a great offer for the value! It is all built in an authentic cycladic style, with a lovely garden. You have a beach just down the street with lots of tavernas and beach bars, and you are 10 minutes of a beautiful walk away from the center of Parikia, all along the costline. Moreover, the owners are more than welcoming and kind, they made us feel like we were at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here with my cousin and my small dog [pet-friendly lodging] at the end of May 2022. The host Mr Vasilis was very friendly and polite. The room was large and had a big sunny balcony. Inside was cool marble and fresh smelling. The beds were super comfortable and there was a clean and functional kitchen, with cooking equipment and basic larder supplies. Outside was an orchard, with cool shade and well kept gardens. It was quiet at night and so near to the shops and beach. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Car rentals, supermarket. 10 minutes on foot to the center. I would recommend it to everyone, because I know that when I am in Paros, I will come back. 6 stars ?
