★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά μπαίνω στη διαδικασία να γράψω αρνητικη κριτική. Τόσο δυσαρεστημένη νιώθω! 15 ευρώ για μεταφορά προϊόντος που αφηνεται στο πεζοδρόμιο είναι πολλά. Ομως γι αυτό ενημερώθηκα και το δέχτηκα. το να μην μπορούν να ορίσουν συγκεκριμένη ωρα παράδοσης έστω με απόκλιση 1 2.ωρων δεν είναι σύνηθες όσο και να ισχυρίζονται το αντίθετο. Ούτε να σε παίρνουν τηλέφωνο να είσαι σε 2 λεπτά στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και να χτυπούν λάθος κουδούνι ούτε να σου αφήνουν βρεγμένο προϊόν ηλιόλουστη μέρα στο πεζοδρόμιο- επιπρόσθετη ταλαιπωρια για αυτόν που πρέπει να το μεταφέρει στο σπιτι του -δε συμβαινει καθημερινά. Έφυγαν τόσο βιαστικά που δεν πρόλαβα να σημειώσω ούτε το επίθετο μου στο χαρτί παραλαβής και αυτοί ξέχασαν να πληρωθούν. Δέχομαι όμως οτι λάθη γίνονται και οτι υπάρχουν δύσκολες μέρες για όλους. Αυτό που έγινε μέτα με ξεπερνά. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο να μου παραπονεθουν ότι δεν τους πλήρωσα οτι με περίμεναν πολλη ώρα μέχρι να κατέβω στην είσοδο και οτι τους είπα λάθος κουδούνι. Αν και σπάνια νευριάζω, εξοργίστηκα..

But I accept that mistakes are made and that there are difficult days for everyone. What happened next surpasses me. They called me to complain that I did not pay them that they were waiting for me for a long time until I got down to the entrance and that I told them the wrong bell.
