★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακη εμπειρία από την αλλαγή κρυστάλλου σε ρολόι Daniel Wellington. 8 μήνες μετά την αγορά από το όχι κατάστημα ζήτησα αλλαγή κρυστάλλου και το ρολόι επέστρεψε αποχρωματισμενο σε σημεία και χτυπημένο.
 A very bad experience of switching to a Daniel Wellington watch. 8 months after purchasing from the non-store I requested a change of glass and the watch returned discolored and whipped.

I visited the Nea Smyrna store after ordering online. Very good prices and excellent service from qualified people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι παράδειγμα προς μίμηση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και πολύ ευγενικοί. Αντιμετώπισα ένα πρόβλημα με το ρολόι μου, ήταν εντός εγγύησης και μου το αντικατέστησαν (η εμπειρία μου βασίζεται στο κατάστημα που βρίσκεται στη Νέα σμύρνη)
The owners are an example to imitate customer service and very polite. I had a problem with my watch, it was under warranty and it was replaced (my experience is based on the store located in Nea Smyrni)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, ο άνθρωπος που μας εξυπηρέτησε φρόντισε να υπάρχει το κατάλληλο κλίμα και η υπομονή και πραγματικά ένιωσα άνετα να δοκιμάσω και να καταλήξω σε ένα νέο ρολόι. Έχοντας περάσει και απο αλλα 3 μαγαζιά νωρίτερα η εξυπηρέτηση σε αυτό ήταν 2 επίπεδα πάνω.

Very good service, the person who served us made sure there was the right atmosphere and patience and I really felt comfortable trying and coming up with a new watch. Having passed through other 3 stores earlier the service in it was 2 levels up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two watches from this shop. They have about 3 selling points in Athens. The prices are not too high and they give additional 3 years warranty for watches. The guy was pleasant and friendly, provide with full product review. As I know they are authorized service for Gshock.
Have nothing bad to say at time, maybe if I have problems with my watches I will edit this post.
For sure I'd recommend this shop.
