Unacceptable they ask me 150 € to come to see Mitsubishi air conditioner that is under warranty, and their cynicism has no limits "we will spend some time" just unacceptable away from Mitsubishi

Με είχαν να περιμένω 10 μέρες μέχρι να πάρουν τηλέφωνο, για να έρθουν να δουν ένα κλιματιστικό που χάλασε, κι όταν τους πήρα πίσω να διαμαρτυρηθώ μου είπαν ότι δεν περίμενα 10 μέρες αλλά 9 (!!!!).
Έχει κι αλλού εξυπηρέτηση και μάλιστα άμεση.
Μείνετε μακριά. Οι απαραδεκτοι πρέπει να εξαφανίζονται από την αγορά
Miserable !!!
They had me wait 10 days until they got on the phone, to come and see an air conditioner that broke down, and when I took them back to protest I was told that I was not waiting 10 days but 9 (!!!!).
It has service elsewhere and even immediate.
Stay away. Unacceptable must disappear from the market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Περιμέναμε τηλεφώνημα τους κ μετα από μια εβδομάδα αναμονής, πήραμε τηλ για να δούμε τι συμβαίνει. Βαριεστημένα μας είπαν να περιμένουμε άλλη μία κ όταν τους ρωτήσαμε "μπορείτε να μας εξυπηρέτησετε σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα ή να πάμε αλλού;", μας απάντησαν "να πάτε αλλού".
Αυτό κάναμε, κρίμα που περιμέναμε
Unacceptable. We waited for them to call and after a week of waiting, we called to see what was happening. Bored, they told us to wait for another one and when we asked them "can you serve us in a reasonable amount of time or should we go somewhere else?", They replied "go somewhere else".
That's what we did, alas
