★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η συμπεριφορά που είχαν ο ιδιοκτήτης και η υπάλληλος ήταν το λιγότερο αγενής. Συγκεκριμένα είχα κλείσει ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά με μια κυρία και είχα ρωτησει την τιμή για αυτό που ήθελα να κάνω στα μαλλιά μου. Όταν πήγα στο ταμείο να πληρώσω μου ζήτησε σχεδόν την διπλάσια τιμή από αυτήν που είχα πάρει τηλεφωνικά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ζήτησε να μου μιλήσει λέγοντας μου ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω αυτό το ποσό και ότι δεν τον ενδιαφέρει με ποιον είχα μιλησει από το προσωπικό του καθώς οι τιμές αναγράφονται στο ίντερνετ. Ένας από τους λόγους που με υποχρέωσαν να πληρώσω παραπάνω είναι επειδή το ραντεβού μου έγινε το Σάββατο και η τιμή τα σαββατοκύριακα αυξάνετε. Επιπλέον, μου έκαναν πράγματα στα μαλλιά μου που κόστισαν παραπάνω τα οποία δεν με ενημέρωσαν για να μου τα κάνουν παρά μόνο μου το είπαν στο τέλος. Δυστυχώς λυπάμαι για αυτήν την αντιμετώπιση και την ασυνεννοησία που έχουν με το προσωπικό τους. Απλά απαράδεκτοι.
The behavior of the owner and the employee was the least rude. Specifically I had an appointment by phone with a lady and I had asked the price for what I wanted to do with my hair. When I went to the cashier to pay he asked me for almost twice the price I had received over the phone. The owner asked to speak to me saying that I have to pay this amount and that he does not care who I spoke to from his staff as the prices are listed on the internet. One of the reasons I was forced to pay more is because my appointment was made on Saturday and the price on the weekends is rising. In addition, they did things to my hair that cost more which they did not inform me to do but only told me at the end. Unfortunately, I regret this treatment and the misunderstanding they have with their staff. Just unacceptable.
