★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλάζουν τις τιμές στα ακίνητα από την μια μέρα στην άλλη ανάλογα με τη ζήτηση. Στους δυο ενδιαφερόμενους 10.000 πάνω. Στους τρεις ενδιαφερόμενους 25.000 πάνω αφού βγει από τις αγγελίες για 10 μέρες.
They change property prices from one day to the next depending on demand. To the two interested 10,000 above. To the three interested 25,000 above after leaving the ads for 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργαστήκαμε περσυ τον Νοεμβριο οπου τους πλησιασαμε να βρουμε ενα διαμερισμα στην Κηφισια. Ηταν εξαιρετικοι. Μας βρηκαν ακριβως αυτα που θελαμε στα λεφτα που μπορουσαμε να δωσουμε. Σιγουρα θα ξανα συνεργαστούμε. Καμια σχεση με αλλα " πιο γνωστα" μεσιτικα.
We collaborated last November where we approached them to find an apartment in Kifissia. They were great. They found us exactly what we wanted in the money we could give. We will definitely work together again. Nothing to do with other "better known" real estate agents.
