k	kat k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξερω για διαμονή αλλά η κα Πια δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική. Ζητησα ενα δωματιο με μπαλκονι και αρχικα μου ειπε οτι δεν ξερει ποιο θα ειναι το διαθεσιμο δωματιο για τη μερα διαμονης που ηθελα. Και αφου επεμενα (πως ειναι δυνατον να μην ξερει) ειπε οτι δεν εχει μπαλκονι αλλα παραθυρο με θεα στο δρομο αλλά ειναι και ενα αλλο δωματιο που βλεπει στο φαρο μονο που δεν ξερει τι θα γινει με αυτο και αν τελικα θα ειναι διαθεσιμο . Μου ειπε επισης οτι δεν θελει γκρινιες και παραπονα και μετα κατα τη διαμονη! Της ζητησα να μου το κρατησει για καποιο διαστημα μεχρι να συνεννοηθω αλλα μου ειπε οτι δεν μπορει και να την παρω για την κρατηση. Αφου δεν μου αφησε περιθωρια της ειπα τελικα να μου το κλεισει αλλα αρνηθηκε προφασιζομενη οτι δεν της αρεσε ο τροπος μου. Ποιος τροπος; Επειδή ρωτουσα για το δωματιο να μαθω που θα βλεπει και αν υπαρχει η δυνατοτητα για κατι καλυτερο; Μηπως θελει πελατες που δεν ρωτάνε τιποτα απλα και της διευκολυνουν ετσι τη δουλεια της; Ωραια κρητικη φιλοξενια! Πρωτη φορα στη ζωη μου μου τυχαινει τετοια επικοινωνια με ξενοδοχο. Αλλα φυσικα, υπάρχουν και αλλου πορτοκαλιες.. Update: Θεωρώ οτι πρεπει να αναφέρω οτι μετά την κριτική μου, η εν λόγω "κυρία" με κάλεσε και με έβρισε. Και την παραμικρή μου αμφιβολία, την εσβησε. Αγενέστατη. Για αυτό και ενώ αρχικά είχα καλέσει απο απόρρητο αριθμό σταθερού, μου ζητησε να την καλέσω απο καπου που θα φαίνεται ο αριθμός. Αν δεν αντέχετε και τις αρνητικες κριτικές, και συμπεριφερεστε κατ αυτόν τον τρόπο, η δουλειά αυτή δεν είναι για σας. Εγώ μια φορά στην Κρήτη συνάντησα αλλους υπεροχους επαγγελματίες με ευγενεια και πρόθυμους να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη. I do not know about accommodation but Ms. Pia was not helpful at all. I asked for a room with a balcony and he initially told me that he did not know what the available room would be for the day I was staying. And since I insisted (that he may not know) he said that it does not have a balcony but a window overlooking the street but it is another room that looks at the lighthouse only does not know what will happen to it and if it will eventually be available. He also told me that he does not want to complain and complain during the stay! I asked her to keep it for me for some time until I agreed but she told me that I can not take it for the reservation. Since she left me no room, I finally told her to close it to me but she refused, claiming that she did not like my way. Which way? Because I was asking about the room to find out where he will see and if there is the possibility for something better? Does she want clients who simply do not ask for anything and thus make her job easier? Nice Cretan hospitality! For the first time in my life I have such communication with a hotel. But of course, there are oranges elsewhere .. Update: I think I should mention that after my criticism, this "lady" called me and cursed me. And he erased my slightest doubt. Αγενέστατη. For this and while I had originally called from a secret landline number, she asked me to call her from somewhere where the number will appear. If you can not stand the negative reviews, and behave this way, this job is not for you. I once in Crete met other wonderful professionals with courtesy and willing to serve the customer.

Pokój czysty i w dobrej cenie a pani właścicielka bardzo miła i rozmawia po angielsku. Very good location in the center, to the bus station about 500 meters. Room clean and at a good price and the owner is very nice and speaks English.

K	Katja Raschig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely landlady Pia makes your stay super comfortable and you feel just like home, but in fact you are in the heart of old town Chania. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely be back. The rooms are comfortable, the matress new and firm. She keeps the place sparling clean, not a speck of dirt anywhere. She came to change towels and bring us little cakes she made herself. Just amazing touches of hospitality. This is a real find and especially at a great price. Very happy!!
