★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιπροσωπεία και σέρβις Citroën & Isuzu Σερρών. Αρκετά φιλότιμο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό με τσιμπημένες, λόγω αντιπροσωπίας, τιμές. Θα μπορούσε καλύτερα αλλά η κρίση έχει τεράστιες επιπτώσεις στον κλάδο τους.
Citroën & Isuzu Serres dealership and service. Quite friendly and helpful staff with pinched, dealership prices. It could be better but the crisis has a huge impact on their industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοητευμένος πλήρως από την εξυπηρέτηση και την εν γένει συμπεριφορά. Από αρχές Νοέμβρη έκλεισα ραντεβού για αντικατάσταση σετ συμπλέκτη στις 2-3 Ιανουαρίου 2020, μιας και τότε θα είχα άδεια και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι απαιτούνται 2 ημέρες εργασίας όπως μου είπαν. Επιβεβαίωσα το εν λόγω ραντεβού στις 10/12/19 και επίσης και στις 27/12/19 με τον υπεύθυνο του συνεργείου ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος και απόλυτα συνεννοήσιμος. Στις 2 Ιανουαρίου 2020 πήγα το πρωί στο συνεργείο και ήταν τα πάντα κλειστά. Την επομένη, στις 3/1/20, περί ώρας 0815, επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το συνεργείο όπου μου είπαν ότι ο υπεύθυνος του συνεργείου έλλειπε. Μου μίλησε ο ιδιοκτήτης της εταιρείας Γ. Ρ. Μου είπε να πάω εκεί να μου το φτιάξουν αυθημερόν και όταν πήγα οι υπάλληλοι του συνεργείου δεν ήξεραν τίποτα. Ειδοποιήθηκε ο ιδιοκτήτης , ήρθε εκεί στο συνεργείο και μου είπε ότι τελικά δεν μπορεί να γίνει σε μια μέρα και να πάω την επόμενη εβδομάδα. Του είπα ότι δεν είχα άδεια και δεν θα μπορούσα και αυτός ήταν ο λόγος που κανόνισα το ραντεβού τόσο νωρίς και επιβεβαίωσα τόσες φορές. Επίσης του είπα ότι ήταν απαράδεκτο να μη με ειδοποιήσουν καν, για την ακύρωση του ραντεβού, ειδικά μετά από τόσο ενδιαφέρον εκ μέρους μου για το ραντεβού μας. Με ειρωνεύτηκε και αφού μου μίλησε αγενώς μου είπε να σηκωθώ να φύγω αν δεν μου αρέσει και να πάω αλλού. Όταν δε, του είπα ότι είμαι πελάτης και δεν συμπεριφέρεται σωστά , με έσπρωξε στην κυριολεξία έξω από το συνεργείο και με έδιωξε φωνάζοντας. Δεν έδωσα συνέχεια σεβόμενος την ηλικία του και έφυγα. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι πολύ που στην επαρχία των Σερρών υπάρχει το μονοπώλιο από τέτοιο έμπορο. Λυπάμαι επίσης που κατηύθυνα στο παρελθόν το μισό μου σόι (πατέρα , παππού , ξαδέρφη και τρεις θείους) να πάρουν citroen από αυτόν.
Completely disappointed with the service and the behavior in general. From the beginning of November I made an appointment to replace a clutch kit on January 2-3, 2020, since then I would be on leave and given that I needed 2 working days as they told me. I confirmed this appointment on 10/12/19 and also on 27/12/19 with the manager of the workshop who was polite and totally understanding. On January 2, 2020 I went to the workshop in the morning and everything was closed. The next day, 3/1/20, around 0815, I called the workshop where I was told that the workshop manager was missing. The owner of the company GP told me to go there to do it for me on the same day and when I went to the workshop the employees knew nothing. The owner was notified, he came to the workshop and told me that he finally couldn't do it in one day and go next week. I told him I had no permission and I couldn't and that was why I arranged my appointment so early and confirmed so many times. I also told him that it was unacceptable for me not even to be notified of the cancellation of the appointment, especially after my interest in our appointment. He was ironic and after speaking in a rude manner he told me to get up if I didn't like it and go elsewhere. When I told him that I was a customer and did not behave properly, he literally pushed me out of the workshop and kicked me out. I did not keep up with respect to his age and left. I sincerely regret that there is a monopoly on such a merchant in the province of Serres. I also regret that in the past half of my sons (father, grandfather, cousins and three uncles) were taking citroen from him.
