Royal luxury studio and apartments, прекрасный дом для отдыха в Греции,до пляжа 5 минут пешком,в центре рядом магазины,маркеты,кафе и таверны.Дом очень чистый и уютный,просторные комнаты с красивым дизайном,на всей территории дома отличный интернет,на территории дома есть сад,в котором можно организовать барбекю.очень добрые и отзывчивые хозяева,которые всегда помогут в любой ситуации,и подарок- вкусные угощения ,мы обязательно вернёмся в этот sweet home))

Погостив у Ксении и Димитриуса, с уверенностью могу сказать, что это был лучший отдых из всех. Отличные апартаменты со всеми удобствами, полностью соответствующие описанию, с отличным ремонтом, есть два великолепных варианта: студия поменьше для двоих взрослых и ребёнка, а также просторная двухуровневая квартира для трех пар - с тремя спальнями, спортзалом, кухней, и балконом - террасой; просторный дворик, в котором можно как скоротать вечер за ужином, так и просто посидеть, наслаждаясь атмосферой. Хозяева - самые приятные, добрые и отзывчивые люди, которые не только сделают все, чтоб ваш отдых был максимально приятным и комфортным, а ещё и помогут с любым вопросом или проблемой, будь то поломка авто, поиск магазинов, ресторанов или пляжей, или готовка ужина на углях (каждый день нас угощали вкусностями, приготовленными лично хозяевами, а несколько раз Димитриус лично приготовил нам рыбу и морепродукты по собственному рецепту, хотя мы просили просто помочь с розжигом барбекю!!!). Приедем ещё не раз с огромным удовольствием!!! Однозначно рекомендую всем!

Firstly, we are more than happy with our choice of accommodation! Photos are completely true, and the owners, Dimitrios and Ksenia, are incredibly kind and caring people. They live nearby and not only met us and showed everything upon arrival (even in the middle of the night!), but also shared with their favorite cafes, beaches, and places of rest as well they supported us during all our stay, many thanks to them, we are so grateful! This apartment is the part of large maisonette in the heart of Nea Moudania. The maisonette is divided into two apartments: on the ground floor there is a spacious studio apartment with luxurious renovations (decoration and columns made of real marble, Swarovski chandeliers, painting on the ceiling, a spacious bathroom with large bath, a double bed and also there is a possibility to place a baby cot) and on the 1st and on the 2nd floor there is a spacious stylish and very comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and gym. We have rented this apartment with 3 bedrooms for our company of 4 adults and it was more than comfortable! The entrance to the apartments is from the yard. You need to go up to the 1st floor and you'll immediately find yourself at a terrace and at an entrance to a small hall. From it there is access to the kitchen (there is absolutely everything you need for cooking, a lot of dishes) and into the corridor, from which there is access to the bathroom, two separate bedrooms, a spacious balcony and a staircase to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is the gym, a spacious bedroom with a small balcony. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, a washing machine, ironing facilities, so it is very convenient if you come for a long time stay or with children. Special attention is given to the garden in the yard! Despite the heat, it is always cool and cozy here in the shades of citrus trees, to relax on the sofas or have a grand dinner among family/friends. The owner of the house cooks incredibly tasty, he treated us to snacks and salads several times, and also helped us to prepare fish and seafood on the grill. Even if you have never done this, do not worry, they will tell you where and what products to buy, which spices to choose and will bring to life the most incredible recipe! Dimitrios cooks incredibly delicious food! The apartments are located near the center of Nea Moudania, but this place is culm. There is a magnificent church in the quarter and the main street, with shops and a supermarket. Also there is a seafront promenade restaurants with tasty Greek dishes, cafes and bars two blocks away.
