★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρουν καθόλου τη δουλειά τους..Σε ρωτάνε τι αυτοκίνητο έχεις για να δουν τι κατηγορία θα πληρώσεις..έχω ένα honda HRV του 2000, πολλές φορές μου έχουν κάνει φασαρία ότι είναι μεγάλο (ενώ είναι μικρό!!!!! )Την τελευταία φορά έφτασαν στο σημείο να βγάλουν μέτρο να μετρήσουν το μήκος του αυτοκινήτου....Για Κύθηρα προτίμησε το καράβι από Νεάπολη!!!
They do not know their job at all..They ask you what car you have to see what category you will pay..I have a 2000 Honda HRV, many times they have made a fuss that it is big (while it is small !!!!!) once they got to the point of taking a measure to measure the length of the car .... For Kythira he preferred the boat from Naples !!!

Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο στο πρακτορείο να κλείσεις θέση, τους λες ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ την μάρκα και τύπο αυτοκινήτου, σου κλείνουν εισιτήριο για να εξασφαλίσουν τα χρήματα και όταν περιμένεις στην ουρά για να επιβιβαστείς στο πλοίο, έρχεται ο υπεύθυνος να ελέγξει το εισιτήριο και σου λέει ότι θα πληρώσεις παραπάνω στο λογιστήριο του πλοίου γιατί το όχημα είναι μεγαλύτερο και του λέω ότι έδωσα ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ την μάρκα και τον τύπο του οχήματος (Ι.Χ) και μου λέει ότι έτσι το κάνουν για κλείσουν περισσότερες θέσεις! Όταν πήγα να πληρώσω (γιατί εγώ πλήρωσα γιατί θέλω να είμαι ΚΑΘΑΡΟΣ και ΕΝΤΑΞΕΙ σε αντίθεση με το πρακτορείο) στο λογιστήριο, είπα το όλο σκηνικό στον ταμεία και μου είπε ότι έχουν πει στο πρακτορείο επανειλημμένα να μην το κάνουν αυτό αλλά το πρακτορείο εξακολουθεί να έχει την ίδια τακτική! Και δεν ήμουν ο μόνος με το ίδιο πρόβλημα επάνω στο πλοίο! Το έκαναν και σε άλλους επιβάτες που περίμεναν πριν από μένα να πληρώσουν για το ίδιο λόγο!!!
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΦΑΙΝΕΤΑΙ ΝΑ ΤΟ ΚΑΝΟΥΝ ΕΣΚΕΜΜΕΝΑ
There is no professionalism! You call the agency to book a place, you tell them EXACTLY the make and type of car, they book you a ticket to secure the money and when you wait in line to board the ship, the person in charge comes to check the ticket and tells you that you will pay more to the ship's accounting office because the vehicle is bigger and I tell him that I gave EXACTLY the make and type of vehicle (I.X) and he tells me that this is how they do it to book more seats! When I went to pay (because I paid because I want to be CLEAN and OK as opposed to the agency) at the accounting office, I told the whole scenario to the cashiers and they told me that they have repeatedly told the agency not to do that but the agency still has the same tactics! And I was not the only one with the same problem on the ship! They did it to other passengers who were waiting before me to pay for the same reason !!!
ATTENTION IT SEEMS TO DO IT INTENTIONALLY
