I	Ioannis Theodoropoylos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προ 6 μηνών είχα πάει εκεί το αυτοκίνητο μου ένα σεατ Λεόν του 2009 με προβλημα στα φρένα. Χαλασμενο σέρβο και πρόβλημα στο ABS. Τους εξήγησα την σοβαρότητα της βλαβης που κανονικά δεν θα έπρεπε να συμβει. Το άφησα για επισκευή. Το πήρα σε 2 ημέρες . Το πήρε άλλος οδηγός δλδ γιατί εγώ ήμουν στη δουλειά. Το έφερε σπίτι και μου είπε πως το αμάξι κάνει θορυβο σε κάποια ρόδα όταν κινείται. Το διαπίστωσα και τρόμαξα και εφυγα κατευθείαν για εκεί. Τους το έδωσα. Την επόμενη μου είπαν πως έχει ΣΠΑΣΜΕΝΟ ΨΑΛΙΔΙ. Τους είπα να το επισκευάσουν .Τους εξήγησα πως είχε σπασμένο ψαλίδι όταν έφυγε από εκεί και πως παρέδωσα ένα αμάξι με χαλασμένα φρένα και μου το έδωσαν με φτιαγμενα φρένα και χαλασμένο ψαλίδι. Πράγμα εντελώς απαράδεκτο. Προφανώς δεν δέχτηκαν ότι έσπασαν αυτοί το ψαλίδι αλλά ισχυρίστηκαν πως αυτό έγινε στη διαδρομή 1 χλμ μέχρι το σπίτι. Εξήγησα στο κύριο που κάνει εντελώς αποτυχημένα pr πως τους έδωσα μια δεύτερη ευκαιρία στη βλάβη με τα φρένα που θα μπορούσε να με σκοτώσει δυνητικά αλλά τώρα με αυτή τη συμπεριφορά διαγράφω εντελώς από το μυαλό μου αυτή τη μάρκα. Θα αγοράσω αυτοκίνητο σύντομα. Αλλά σίγουρα δεν θα είναι σεατ αυτό. Ευχαριστώ . Τα στοιχεία μου και τα στοιχεία του αυτοκινήτου διαθέσιμα προς οποιονδήποτε. 6 months ago, I had my car here in 2009 with a leon in the brakes. Defeated servo and ABS problem. I explained to them the severity of the damage that would normally not have happened. I left it for repair. I took it in 2 days. Another driver got it because I was at work. He brought it home and told me that the car is making a noise on a wheel when it moves. I found it and I scared and went straight for it. I gave it to them. The next one told me he has a ROCKING SCALES. I told them to repair it. I explained that he had a broken scissors when he left and that I handed a car with broken brakes and gave it to me with brakes and broken scissors. This is totally unacceptable. Obviously, they did not accept breaking the scissors, but they claimed it was on the 1-kilometer journey to the house. I explained to the owner that I totally failed that I gave them a second chance to break the brakes that could potentially kill me but now with this behavior I completely delete my brand from this brand. I will buy a car soon. But it certainly will not be that. Thanks . My items and vehicle details are available to anyone.
T	Thomas Tzortzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μη εξουσιοδοτημενος ΣΕΑΤ. Το αυτοκινητο ανεβαζει θερμοκρασία ή μπορει να εχει θεμα το οργανο κ να ειναι πλασματικο. Αφου το εβγαλε 2 φορες εξω κ δεν του το εμφανισε στο διαγνωστικο μου το παρέδωσε. Την επομενη μερα το ξαναπηγα καθως παλι αναβε λαμπακι θερμοκρασίας, του εδειξα βιντεο οτι υφίσταται το προβλημα κ λεει δε μπορω να κανω κατι αν δε το βγαλει στο διαγνωστικο κ οτι θα εχει προβλημα με τη ΣΕΑΤ εαν επιχειρήσει να αντικαταστήσει κατι χωρις να εχει καταγραφει βλαβη στον εγκέφαλο. Μετα απο επικοινωνία με τη ΣΕΑΤ με ενημερωσαν οτι ΔΕΝ ειναι εξουσιοδοτημένος και να παω σε αλλο που μου υπεδειξαν. Κατα ενα μαγικο τροπο ο αλλος αλλαζει κανονικα τα τυχον προβληματικα μερη του αυτοκινητου ακομα κ που δεν το βλεπει στο διαγνωστικο ωστε να βοηθησει να λυθει το προβλημα. Σημειωση: το αυτοκινητο ειναι μολις τριων ετων κ φυσικα εντός εγγυησης. Unauthorized SEAT. The car can raise the temperature or it may have an instrument case and be fictitious. After taking it out 2 times and didn't show it to my diagnostician, he delivered it. The next day I hit it again as I turned on the temperature light, I showed him a video saying there was a problem saying I can't do something if he didn't get it in the diagnostics and he would have a problem with SEAT if he tried to replace it without having to brain. After contacting the SEAT, they informed me that I was NOT authorized to go elsewhere. By another magic trick, the other is regularly changing any problematic parts of the car even if it does not see it in the diagnostic to help solve the problem. Note: The car is almost three years old and of course under warranty.

Επιθετικός τρόπος ομιλίας όταν προσπάθησαν να μου πουν τις παπάντζες τους και είδαν ότι είμαι γνώστης του θέματος.Μάλλον ψάχνουν για πελάτες που δεν γνωρίζουν για να τους τα φάνε. Όταν είδαν ότι επέμενα στα λεγόμενα μου προσπάθησαν να με βγάλουν τρελό και με παρέπεμψαν στην Τεχνοκάρ. Όταν μίλησα με εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο Seat οι άνθρωποι ήξεραν ακριβώς το πρόβλημα(μιας και είναι πρόβλημα εργοστασίου)και συμφώνησαν με τα λεγόμενα μου και κανόνισα ραντεβού μαζί τους για προσφορά. Επίσης με ενημέρωσαν πως η συγκεκριμένη αντιπροσωπεία Κασσιόs δεν είναι εξουσιοδοτημένος συνεργάτης. Χάσατε περίπου 3000 από μένα! That’s life! Completely irrelevant to Seat issues! Aggressive way of talking when they tried to tell me their papants and saw that I am aware of the subject. They are probably looking for customers they do not know to eat them. When they saw that I was insisting on what I was saying, they tried to drive me crazy and referred me to Technocar. When I spoke to an authorized Seat workshop people knew exactly the problem (since it is a factory problem) and agreed with what I said and arranged an appointment with them for a quote. I was also informed that the specific Cassios delegation is not an authorized partner. You lost about 3000 from me! That’s life!

Μου έκαναν και καλά δώρο συναγερμό που τελικά έμαθα πως κοστίζει 20 ευρώ και δεν ήταν συμβατός με το αυτοκίνητο, τον σύνδεσαν με τον χειρότερο τρόπο με αποτέλεσμα να μην δουμευεουν τα ηλεκτρικά μέρη του αυτοκινήτου και με ταλαιπώρησαν 2 χρόνια χωρίς να φτιάξουν τίποτα και μετά τα δύο χρόνια που τελείωσε η εγγύηση μου είπαν για την ίδια ζημιά να πληρώσω!!!!!!!!!για ζημιά που εμφανίστηκε την δεύτερη μέρα που παρέλαβα το αυτοκίνητο!!!!! Δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν αυτή την αντιπροσωπεία όπως και το σέρβις και εννοείται πως δεν θα ξαναπάω. I bought a new car from this dealership. They also gave me a good alarm that I finally learned that it costs 20 euros and was not compatible with the car, they connected it in the worst way so that the electrical parts of the car did not get damaged and they bothered me for 2 years without doing anything after both years after the warranty expired I was told to pay for the same damage !!!!!!!!! for damage that occurred the second day I received the car !!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone like the service and of course I will not go again.

A	Antonis Vek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για ένα γενικό έλεγχο του Juke μου, κόστισε 650 ευρώ και δεν μου αλλάξανε ούτε τις μπαταρίες του κοντρόλ. Δεν μπορούσανε να κάνουν αναβάθμιση στο navigator και με δουλέψανε ότι πρέπει να αλλαχτεί η μπαταρία ενώ την είχα αλλάξει πριν δυο μήνες απο το σέρβις. Δεν το προτείνω. I went for a general check of my Juke, it cost 650 euros and they did not change my control batteries either. They could not upgrade the navigator and they worked on me that the battery needs to be changed while I had changed it two months ago after the service. I do not recommend it.
