Κάνω Ντεκαπαζ στα μαλλιά μου και συνεχίζουν να είναι πλούσια και υγειής. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Absolutely satisfied with the professionalism and the very good quality of the products used by the specific hairdresser. Mary and the staff of S&M hair salon are interested in the complete satisfaction of the client but also in the attention of the hair! I do decoupage on my hair and they continue to be rich and healthy. I highly recommend it !!

Είναι απλά απαράδεκτη και μη επαγγελματίας καθώς με κατηγόρησε ότι εγώ φταίω επειδή δεν της είπα ότι έχω βάψει το μαλλί μου.. και ότι μου έκανε και χαρη που δε πλήρωσα ενώ κρατούσα το μαλλί μου στα χέρια! This woman ruined my hair! I went for a perm and after 3 hours I got my hair in my hands! She is simply unacceptable and unprofessional as she accused me of being guilty because I did not tell her that I have dyed my hair ... and that she did me a favor by not paying while holding my hair in my hands!
J	Joanna Zofia Lewandowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ η μόνη κοπέλα που αξίζει εκεί μέσα είναι Ευγενία οποία με κούρεψε και χτένισε πρώτη φορά και εμένα πολύ πολύ ευχαριστημένη Εχτές με πιάσανε στα χέρια τους η άλλες 2 κακουργιεσ (ιδιοκτήτρια και άλλη υπάλληλος) και έφυγα πολύ δυσαρεστημένοι και βέβαια και δεν θα ξαναπάω εκεί. Ιδιοκτήτρια ήθελε μόνο θα μου πουλήσει extension και η άλλη συνεργός της δεν έχει ιδέα από χτένισμα με αποτέλεσμα λουστηκα και χτενιστηκα στο σπίτι μου με τά δικά μου προϊόντα αλλά αυτό δεν είναι τό ζητούμενο μετά από την επίσκεψη στο κομμωτήριο πιστεύω.... the only girl who is worth it in there is Eugenia who cut and combed me for the first time and I am very, very happy. The owner just wanted to sell me an extension and her other accomplice has no idea about a hairstyle so I bathed and combed my hair at home with my own products but this is not what I want after visiting the hair salon I think ....

Ζήτησα από την ιδιοκτήτρια κάτι το οποίο, βάσει όσων μου είπε, το τροποποίησε στα μέτρα μου για να πετύχει και όχι μόνο δεν πέτυχε, αλλά μου έκαψε το μαλλί μου, τα μαλλιά μου ξεκίνησαν να πέφτουν μέσα στο κομμωτηριο. Αναγκάστηκα από το ύψος του στήθους να το κόψω κοντό καρέ και να σωθεί ο,τι μπορούσε από τη ζημιά. Αν δεν μπορείς να το κάνεις καλύτερα να λες είτε δικαιολογία ότι δεν γίνεται ή την πλήρη αλήθεια, από το να το κάνεις και να καις τα μαλλιά ενός ανθρώπου που σε εμπιστεύεται. Για να απαντήσω και στο παρακάτω σχόλιο της ιδιοκτήτριας λοιπόν, αν μου επιτρέπετε, το γεγονός συνέβη καιρό πριν στην πρώτη καραντίνα. Αν θυμάστε καλά είχα ερθει με τη μητέρα μου και μου είπατε να σας εμπιστευτώ και τα μαλλιά μου έγιναν από το στήθος σε σωστό καρεδακι με την εμπιστοσύνη που σας έδειξα. Οπότε αντι να λέμε ότι τα έκαψαν εγώ με προϊόντα όπως ισιωτικη κλπ ας πούμε πως από κάστανο ξανθό μαλλί έμεινα μια ώρα και με τη ντεκαπαζ στο κεφάλι μου, τα μαλλιά.μου έπεφταν, τα χρήματα μας δεν επιστράφηκαν ποτέ και το μόνο που δέχτηκα ήταν έλα να σου δώσω προϊόντα. Ευχαριστώ. Very bad experience. I asked the owner for something which, based on what she told me, she modified to my liking to succeed and not only did she not succeed, but she burned my hair, my hair started falling out in the salon. I had to cut it short from the height of my chest and save what I could from the damage. If you can not do it better to say either an excuse that it does not happen or the whole truth, than to do it and burn the hair of a person who trusts you. To answer the following comment of the owner, if you allow me, the event happened long ago in the first quarantine. If you remember correctly I came with my mother and you told me to trust you and my hair was done from the chest in a proper box with the trust I showed you. So instead of saying that I burned them with products like straightening etc, let's say that I was left with chestnut blonde hair for an hour and with the decoupage on my head, my hair was falling out, our money was never returned and all I accepted was come to give you products. Stala was rude, argumentative and refused to pay the full price for her hair cut & color. She was totally irrational spoke with a raised voice and departed throwing money and bolting out of the salon. I felt for the owner Mary. Don't take Stala's feedback as as reflection of the service and quality that this salon - I was happy with my outcome.
