★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βαφτισαμε την κορη μας την κυριακή 3/10. Ειχαμε επιλεξει στην μπομπονιερα ενα μπρελοκ ξυλινο με σχημα πεταλουδας. Τα μπρελοκ ηταν καμμενα και είχαν άσχημη μυρωδιά. Όταν τους το αναφεραμε την τρίτη 5/10, μας ειπαν ότι αυτο το μπρελοκ ετσι κοβεται και το ήξεραν για την άσχημη μυρωδιά του καμμένου . Τους ΡΩΤΗΣΑΜΕ: ΓΙΑΤΙ ΔΕΝ ΜΑΣ ΤΟ ΕΙΠΑΤΕ αυτό όταν τα παραγγείλαμε; το δειγμα ηταν κανονικό. Η απαντηση που μας έδωσαν: να πάρουμε πισω τις μπομπονιερες και να μας αντικαταστησουν με άλλες... πως θα τις παρουμε πισω απο τους καλεσμένους;;;;; τι θα τους πουμε ;;;;;...... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ..... ΑΝΕΠΙΤΡΕΠΤΩ.... ΟΥΤΕ ΚΟΥΒΕΝΤΑ ΓΙΑ ΑΠΟΖΗΜΙΩΣΗ... ΝΑ ΠΡΟΣΕΧΕΤΕ ΟΠΟΥ ΒΛΕΠΕΤΕ 5 ΑΣΤΕΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΣΥΓΓΕΝΕΙΣ ΚΑΙ ΦΙΛΟΥΣ...
We baptized our daughter on Sunday 3/10. We had chosen in the bonbonniere a wooden keychain with a butterfly shape. The keychains were burnt and smelled bad. When we told them on Tuesday 5/10, they told us that this keychain is cut like that and they knew it because of the bad smell of burning. WE ASKED THEM: WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US THIS WHEN WE ORDERED THEM? the sample was normal. The answer they gave us: to take back the chocolates and replace us with others ... how will we get them back from the guests ???? what are we going to tell them? ;;;;
