All I have been told is that I will get a call 1 or 2 hours notice before the delivery. That's fine if I know which day, but I have not been given a day yet. Given that they will deliver the pallet on the pavement outside my house , I need to make sure I am at home that day. 2 hours notice will not help much if I am away that day! Watch this space. The goods arrived shortly after my initial review. All nicely wrapped in plastic to protect the cardboard boxes from the weather. The delivery company at the UK end initially called me to arrange a date and time of delivery, but on the actual day I did not get the 1 hour advance call as agreed. We happily got around that problem and the goods arrived in good condition. They even backed up the van and fork lifted the pallet into my garage. I did not have to lift anything. Full points to the lady at the Greek end who was polite and very helpful.

D	David Leman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company asked for my estimation on the load size which i provided but had underestimated it. The company did not come and check before the scheduled pick up. Upon arrival the team realized it was a bit more that stated and the supervisors attitude then became rude and impolite. They refused to take extra items even if i paid more. If the company does not cone to inspect the shipment before pick up then they should expect some variation. I am not the expert at estimating cubic metres. So I was left with half my house packed and the other half left behind. Nightmare situation. The company promised to give me an urgent follow up but I never heard from them. So organized my own transport. Overall very poor, they should have come to make inspection before taking the business, offered no flexibility, no follow up and the supervisor was rude and they left a big mess with their water bottles and coffee cups thrown into my garden. The delivery service on the receiving end was excellent.

They made sure that all my belongings were safely packed, in order to reach their new destination, without any damages! I had continuous support along the whole process. The movers also saved me from a lot of needless moving around of the boxes, because they made sure to place every box in the right room of my new home! Definitely would use this company again! They made moving a joyful experience!
