★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сама по себе яхта соответствовала возрасту, но цепь не размечена, и долго уверяли, что размечать ее вообще не надо, а когда настояли на разметке цепи, то разметили ее черными пластиковыми зажимами, которые не видны, да к тому же забыли привязать конец к корпусу. Также лебедка постоянно проскакивала и теряла цепь.
Но больше всего поразило отношение самого персонала при обращении к ним за помощью, когда непривязанная цепь утонула вместе с якорем. В компании заявили, что ничем помочь не могут. Нигде более холодного отношения к клиентам я не встречал.

Also, the winch constantly slipped and lost the chain.
But most of all, the attitude of the staff itself was striking when they turned to them for help, when the untethered chain drowned along with the anchor. The company said they could not help. I have never seen a colder attitude towards clients.
