★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boat on life threatening condition with broken rudder. The sails were taped and in horrible condition. Avoid this company at all cost. On top of spending lots of time fixing the boat on sea Sailways is keeping the boat deposit claiming the problems are not their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sailed Alex's yachts twice and i keep coming back. They have a very interesting choice of vessels and they aproach every customer individualy. I recommend Sailways for your first charter, because you'll get any help you need from their experienced crew, and also if you are an experienced sailor, for they are honest and appreciate good skippers ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people working there, contact is just perfect ... unlike the boat. Dear Sailors expect weak or unmaintained boat. As you must confirm receiving of good boat on check in be ready to pay any price they want on check out. In 3 years old s/y Leonidas we paid 310 euros for "engine damage" because of partial oil lost even though the engine was working perfectly and has correct oil level... as the owner explained we cruised over 1800 RPM (volvo penta recommend cruising with 500-1000 RPM less then maximum). A bit torn sail just after leaving the Alimos marina cost 500 euros (during check in they asked us not to check it... what a mistake to trust them) . Look at the pictures how dirty the upholstery was.

I was able to get all my answers in a super nice and professional way, I got a great boat, that didn't cause any problems. I was informed about absolutely everything important even the weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a sailboat charter twice from the Sailways, both times the boat weren´t precisely prepared, once there was a rudder failure. The communication at the check out was very difficult. I definitely do not reccommend. They manipulate google evaluation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience! Ladies in the office, Enriko at the base, and owner Alex are super friendly and helpful. Responded to all our questions during the trip immediately. Check-in and checkout of the boat was efficient, good explained and no problem whatsoever. Even extended the charter of the boat without any extra charge. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??⛵??️In my 15 year sailing experience worldwide, Greece and mighty Aegean sea are one of the most beautiful and rewarding areas to explore by yacht. It is also one of the more challenging adventures me and my friends went on, so we had been very happy and relieved to find that we will be spending our holiday on a well maintained 50-footer 'LEANDROS'?which carried us for two weeks through all the challenges of Cyclades.
...however more than that, in the end we fell for small but strong Sailways team:) and for all the effort they put out I want to say THANK YOU SAILWAYS from heart. Yes you ladies behind the desk who were with us all the way from start of lockdown and year after year until the realisation of our sea vacation. Always with smile and kindness special thanks to Lori (faleminderit;), for stepping out of line, helping us to organize all the extra demands we threw at her on daily basis. Big thanks to Riko (our base menager) for friendliness and professional detailed approach and support in Alimos, over phone and whazapp to provide us with advice and guidance often needed when it gets rough.
We will definitely come back to sail with you guys again and soon!!
