★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Church of Saint Dimitrios and I was pleasantly impressed by its simplicity and I admired the icons painted on wood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saint DIMITRIOS. There are no descendants from the family of the then owners today. The church is located in the center of the market. It is small in shape, with a small and dilapidated gynaeconite and relatively new images. The frescoes have been destroyed and in the sanctuary the eyes of the hagiographies are pierced.
It has a small wooden iconostasis. On top of a cross. All the icons are made: Lefkas V. Sideris 1905, according to the relevant inscriptions. Too many old but completely destroyed images exist inside the sanctuary. The pulpit is quite well made.
On the front of the woman is hung an icon of St. Nestor, on which is written the phrase: "Committee of Mr. Giannis Costas Kosolianitis 18 .. The painter Petros Georgiadis Protopsaltis of the Diocese of Ioannina".
