great staff! the breakfast, the cocktails, the burgers and the club sandwich are excellent. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. the location of the hotel is perfect.

AMAZING & WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! This was our first time in Mykonos, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely well taken care of! 1. Duration We spent 6 nights at St John Hotel and we totally recommend it to anyone else (we wish we stayed longer!). 2. Location The hotel is located 15' min drive from Mykonos Town and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and fro. They also have a private car (black Range Rover) if you fancy going other places as well for about 20 Euros. The hotel itself occupies a very large piece of land and its design is very well thought of. It has its own private beach and the biggest infinity pool in Mykonos. 3. Room The hotel upgraded our room to a sea view one (free of charge), fact for which we are extremely grateful. It was very clean and we received some free goodies as well upon our arrival. 4. Food The food was very good and reasonably priced! Our favourite was the squid, which was super tasty - again 20 Euros for a very generous portion by the clear sea! Breakfast is included and its an experience by itself. You get to have a view of the sea while enjoying a buffet that has everything your heart (or should I say stomach?) desires! The omelette is cooked in front of you, there is freshly squeezed orange juice, four different types of balaclavas, pancakes, waffles, salmon (both grilled and smoked) fruits, yoghurt, beans, mushrooms, six types of cheese and many, many more. 5. Staff The staff is superb and extremely friendly! These people are amazing and they made our stay all the more better. They work very hard and they look after every single detail. We would like to give special thanks to: Konstantinos, Tasos, Nikos, Ioanna, and Sofia for everything that they've done for us. We can't wait to return! Stefi & Alin

I cannot compliment this hotel and it’s staff enough! The resort has everything you could want; the food is fabulous, the views are fabulous and the whole experience- vibe was exactly what you would want from a relaxing holiday. The staff were incredible! A special mention to Ioanna who works at the concierge desk! She was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as brilliant as possible. We cannot thank her and her efforts enough!!! We will most certainly be returning because of her and what the hotel itself has to offer!! Thank you Saint John and Ioanna!

Wonderful week in Mykonos. The hotel is fabulous with spectacular panoramic views from every part of the hotel. Exceptionally friendly attentive staff. They simply cannot do enough for you. Top notch service and top quality cuisine. It ticked every box for us I'm already booking up to return soon. We loved it. Thank you ❤

This hotel is amazing and we were looked after so well. Everything from the service at breakfast to the poolside service to the free shuttle bus to the town was all perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we would love to come back again someday. Very sad to leave. Awesome job all!

Where shall I start… - Lack of communication during the booking - Check in incredibly slow because for some unknown reasons they couldn’t keep temporarily our passports or make a copy of them. - The room was an absolute joke, I paid for the executive with full sea view, the balcony could barely fit a chair. So I asked to get moved to a room in line with the pictures on the website, and I got moved further away from the sea. The hairdryer seemed it was stolen from a 1 star motel, the mini bar was not working and least but not last when moving my luggage from one room to the other the guy dropped one of my t-shirts and had gave it to me covered in mud. I had to insist to get it cleaned by their laundry service. - The so hyped private beach was dirty, with cigarettes, rotten fruit, garbage in general and the service was non existent. The only waiter / lifeguard there came apologizing saying he was alone and couldn’t service everyone properly. When checking out, I told the staff at the reception I would have left a bad review and I highlighted to them the several disservices, I received a simple “I’m sorry”, with complete indifference. In conclusion, saying this facility is a 5 stars hotel is a disgrace and disrespectful to the real 5 stars hotels. Stay away from it and spend your money elsewhere!

Service and food were absolutely exceptional. Accommodation was beautiful and very clean. Great spot on the beach with lovely views and sunloungers. Breakfast was superb with a huge range of different foods. Loved the special little touches, such as dried fruit with our evening drinks in the bar and a little gift on departure. There were lots of steps around the hotel so might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. It was difficult to walk to different places from the hotel as limited pavements but it was easy to get dropped off and picked up by the hotel. Only issue was that the check in service could have been better - we were kept waiting for no obvious reason and they didn't give us any info. Other than that, brilliant service on the beach, by the pool, at breakfast and restaurants. The staff worked so hard and were still smiling! Thanks for a lovely holiday
