★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο πρώην ενοριακός Ιερός Ναός του Αγίου Νικολάου ήταν παλαιά αποθήκη του ρώσικου μετοχιού της αγιορείτικης μονής του Αγίου Παντελεήμονος και παραχωρήθηκε το 1948 στους πρόσφυγες της Μικράς Ασίας του χωριού. Οι πρόσφυγες έφεραν στην νέα κατοικία τους πολλά και αξιόλογα κειμήλια, κυρίως εκκλησιαστικά, τα όποια φυλάσσονται στον μητροπολιτικό ναό του Πολυγύρου. Σημαντικότερα είναι, η εικόνα του Αγίου Νικολάου (ίσως του 16ου αιώνα), η αμφιπρόσωπη μεγάλη εικόνα της Μεταμορφώσεως (1858) και του Χριστού Ευεργέτου (14ου αιώνα), ο κεντητός επιτάφιος (1680) και άλλα νεώτερα αντιπροσωπευτικά δείγματα μικρασιατικής εκκλησιαστικής τέχνης.
Η Ενορία του Ιερού Ναού Αγίου Νικολάου χωριού Καλλιθέα ιδρύθηκε πριν το 1945.
 The former parish church of Agios Nikolaos was an old warehouse of the Russian share of the Mount Athos monastery of Agios Panteleimon and was given in 1948 to the refugees of Asia Minor of the village. The refugees brought to their new residence many and remarkable relics, mainly ecclesiastical, which are kept in the metropolitan church of Polygyros. Most important are the icon of St. Nicholas (perhaps of the 16th century), the two-faced large icon of the Transfiguration (1858) and of Christ the Benefactor (14th century), the embroidered epitaph (1680) and other newer representative samples of Ecclesiastical art from Asia Minor.
The Parish of the Holy Temple of Agios Nikolaos in the village of Kallithea was founded before 1945.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine Kapelle (Kirche) bei einem Platz in Kallithea, direkt an der Durchfahrstraße. Nichts besonderes, wenn man die Kirchen in Griechenland kennt. Das schönste ist wohl der Platz um die Kirche drumherum. Von dem Platz hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Strand bei Kallithea. Leider war, wie fast überall, auch diese Kirche geschlossen, sodass uns der Innenraum verschlossen blieb. Schade.
Small chapel (church) at a place in Kallithea, right on the thoroughfare. Nothing special, if you know the churches in Greece. The most beautiful is probably the place around the church around it. From the square you have a beautiful view of the beach at Kallithea. Unfortunately, as almost everywhere, this church was closed, so that the interior was closed to us. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei unserem Besuch von Kallithea machten wir hier einen kurzen Stopp. Leider war, wie fast überall, die kleine Kirche geschlossen, so dass wir das Innere nicht bewundern konnten. Vor der Kirche ist ein kleiner "Park". Von hier oben hat man einen schönen Blick zum Strand von Kallithea und das dort befindliche Hotel.
On our visit to Kallithea we made a short stop here. Unfortunately, as almost everywhere, the small church was closed, so we could not admire the interior. In front of the church is a small "park". From here you have a nice view to the beach of Kallithea and the hotel located there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleńki kościół przy małym placu z fontanna. Gdy dojdziemy na skraj placu ukazuje się piękny widok na morze. Teren dookoła zadbany, a widoki sprawiają, że chce się tutaj zostać dłużej. Obok kościoła znajduje się stacja z wodą. To duża ulga w wakacyjne upały.
A tiny church in a small square with a fountain. When we reach the edge of the square, there is a beautiful view of the sea. The area around is well-kept, and the views make you want to stay here longer. There is a water station next to the church. It is a great relief in the summer heat.
