Έγινε ο έλεγχος κατά την είσοδο μας σύμφωνα με τα μέτρα κατά της πανδημίας. Μας κέρδισε αμέσως η επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη. Ήταν έτοιμος να προσφέρει λύσεις σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και απορία. Αποφασίσαμε τελικά να κάνουμε την αγορά από εκεί και μάλλον θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον, φυσικά και για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων τους. The start was good: very nice advice, family business, quick feedback on questions, the sofa was ready even before the apartment was ready. It could be stored with you without any problems, we should only please pay the full amount and then could be delivered in the short term. And then it got weird. We called, asked for delivery. They would get back to us. Nothing happened. We went to the store, asked again and wanted to choose also another sofa, chairs and tables. To our sofa again no clear statement after two weeks.(At that time there was still an almost identical sofa in the showroom) a few days later a call: they still had to finish the corner piece and could deliver. (Supposedly it was ready weeks before, at least fully paid) Delivery then suddenly, coincidentally one day after the exhibit disappeared in the basement. Except for one part, which we had ordered so also. This identical or same piece arrived soaking wet wrapped in foil with the other parts. All the others were dry. On first inquiry whether it had been sold in the meantime and therefore the delay came, a clear No. Why however something had to be manufactured again, no answer. On the written inquiry, why it can be that a piece was soaking wet, no feedback. After all, the sofa had already been paid for. After an excellent start, the aftertaste is so bitter that I can not recommend ordering there. The products are great, but dealing honestly with customers feels different.
