★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εντελώς αντί-επαγγελματίας, ο πιο ευγενικός χαρακτηρισμός που μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω. Αφού συνεννοηθήκαμε από Ιούνιο τηλεφωνικώς να κλείσουμε τη μεζονέτα για 8 μέρες τον Αύγουστο, του στείλαμε τις ακριβείς ημερομηνίες πολλές φορές μέσω email για επιβεβαίωση και του ζητούσαμε λογαριασμό τραπέζης για να καταθέσουμε προκαταβολή και κάθε φορά μας απαντούσε με μια βδομάδα καθυστέρηση, ξαναζητωντας να επιβεβαιώσουμε τις ημερομηνίες χωρίς να μας στέλνει το λογαριασμό. Ακολούθησαν και πολλά τηλεφωνήματα, πάντα από τη μεριά μας, εν τάχει δεν μας έστειλε ποτέ λογαριασμό, έλεγε όλο ότι θα το κάνει αλλά δεν προλάβαινε γιατί είχε και την κύρια εργασία του να φροντίσει... Ρωτούσαμε αν υπήρχε θέμα λόγω του κορωναϊού, μας βεβαίωνε πως όχι, και στο τελευταίο τηλεφώνημα, και πάλι με δική μας πρωτοβουλία, μας ανακοίνωσε ότι αποφάσισε να μην ανοίξει φέτος "λόγω υδραυλικής βλάβης"... 20 μέρες πριν την προγραμματισμένη άφιξή μας. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!

After agreeing by phone from June to book the maisonette for 8 days in August, we sent him the exact dates several times via email for confirmation and asked for a bank account to make a deposit and each time he answered us with a week delay, asking for a date again. without sending us the bill. Many phone calls followed, always from our side, in the end he never sent us an account, he said everything that he would do but he did not have time because he had his main job to take care of ... We asked if there was an issue due to the coronavirus, he assured us how not, and in the last phone call, again on our own initiative, he announced that he decided not to open this year "due to a hydraulic failure" ... 20 days before our scheduled arrival.
