Παρέλαβα άμεσα, αλλά δυστυχώς το προιόν ήταν ελαττωματικό (κατασκευαστικό λάθος). Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και δέχθηκα τη σύγνωμη τους, σαν να ευθυνόντουσαν οι ίδιοι. Την ίδια μέρα μου έστειλαν καινούργιο για αντικατάσταση και την επομένη το είχα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
Really impressed by after-sales service.
I received immediately, but unfortunately the product was defective (manufacturing error). I contacted them and accepted their conscience as if they were themselves responsible. The same day they sent me new to replace and the next day I had it. Thank you very much.

Παρήγγειλα μια πιατοθήκη για τον νιπτήρα μου κ επειδή δε χωρούσε τελικά, γιατί δε μέτρησα καλά, ζήτησα αντικατάσταση και με εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα. Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι δε πλήρωσα έξοδα αποστολής ούτε στο επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν.
