★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προχτες πήρα απλό, σκέτο πενιρλί και διαπίστωσα ότι η ζύμη τους είναι καταπληκτική, από μόνη της. Ήμουν επιφυλακτικός στις πιο σύνθετες, ιταλικής έμπνευσης προτάσεις , αλλά σήμερα ότι δοκίμασα ήταν τέλειο: με μανιτάρια πορτομπέλο ή με προσούτο , σύκο κ μπαλσάμικο! Το μαγαζί που θα ήθελα να έχω στη γειτονιά μου ( delivery Αθήνα δυστυχώς δεν παίζει :)
The other day I got a simple, plain cheesecloth and found that their dough is amazing, by itself. I was wary of the most complex, Italian-inspired proposals, but today what I tried was perfect: with portobello mushrooms or with prosciutto, fig and balsamic! The shop I would like to have in my neighborhood (delivery Athens unfortunately does not play :)
