★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't have high expetations about the cars and you won't be disappointed. For the price compared to multinationals it's ok.
- First we received a Fiat Panda, as ordered, on time, pretty good condition, except front tyres were dangerously worn.
- Then when we spotted and raised it to the manager we received a Nissan Micra very quickly, pretty good condition, drivetrain and suspension and tyres were perfect. The windscreen wipers were totally worn and there was no washing fluid, so during the thunderstorm it was quite inconvenient. A/C also smelled a little bit. Other then these it was in mint condition.
- Service is flexible, airport delivery and pickup was on time, full insurnce, no deposit. Panda/Micra eur 300/week. Herz charged double than that at the time (which was crazy)
- no full to full fuel policy, only same to same, which is inconvenient

Car in a good condition (the car we ordered was not ready when we came to pick it up, so we received another car, at the same price although it was said to be from the more expensive range). I recommend this rental company :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed with the service from Sambas Rent a car. They took advantage of us as tourists
We initially discussed for two cars. Nissan Pulsar 315 euro and Nissan Micra 260 euro for one week. 20 minutes before pick-up, we were informed per email, not on the phone that the two rented cars were involved in an accident. After waiting two hours for replacements, we received a very old and very used Peugeot 207, 120.000km and a decent Nissan Micra. As you can see from the pictures from inside, the Peugeot is not in a proper condition for rent. On the second hand market you will sell it for 2000 euro. But for taking advantage of tourist you can rent it.
After expressing our disappointment we were offered only 15 euro discount. The payment was made with a hand-written receipt, no credit card is accepted.
We found out from other tourist with the same class car that they rented 6 days for 200 euro in Moraitika.
