We arrived at Pyros and our quad was empty. The owner picked us up from the point we were stuck. He was very kind and helped us with everything. When we arrived at the place I was speechless. The room was so beautiful. And the best thing ever was the jacuzzi outside with an amazing view on the mountain and water. The room was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. I would definitely recommend this place. I will come back as soon as possible! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional customer service. We had a reservation via Booking however due to covid our flight got cancelled. After 1000 requests from booking and ourselves, asking them to understand and cancel the booking, they just ignored all our messages, keeping all the deposit. We lost the money and the holidays. Not a single reply or acknowledgement was given. Stay away from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know where to start.. Chris was an absolutely amazing host! Since the day we got there, he was very accommodating, polite and a very honest man! He helped us book loads of tourists attractions around santorini including a car & guided us on some great places to visit. He gives direct prices from the company & never overcharged us for any commission! The villa is in a perfect location if you rent out a car as everything is not too far away.
The Villa was one of the best places you could booked in Santorini. There’s only 3 villas next to each other all owned by Chris & each one has its own privacy. One of the most peaceful locations you can find with a great view of the Island. The lighting set up in the villa is also absolutely breathtaking. I really recommend this place 10/10!! I would definitely be returning back if I visit santorini again & i would suggest this place to all my friends & family.
