I’m echoing the reviews here, at their other properties online - Awful management, lacks integrity and basic respect for guests. Here’s what happened in my situation: I was supposed to stay at a location I had paid for and booked called soleya. A day before they said that there is no water, no door (??) at the other property and they cannot guarantee my stay so they need to move me. Even before I came to Paros, they moved me twice to two different properties. They said they would “guarantee” my room here for two nights instead. I agreed and changed my plans I had in parikia (was originally supposed to stay there) Then the next day, they called me in the middle of my day and said I had to come back, the room was overbooked and that they needed the key immediately. This has NEVER happened before in any other place. There was NO discussion, just a phone call at 2PM saying I had to leave. Just a very rude manager saying that they are loosing money on the room and I couldn’t stay. Though there were other places available, They had rebooked me in the cheapest place they could find —- nothing like what I originally paid for. I had paid your hotel 200+ euros to guarantee two nights —- this is not nothing. What is most infuriating about this hospitality company, was that I was expected to come back in the middle of my only day in Paros to accommodate them, because they overbooked and they screwed up?! There was no added compensation, no apologies, when I complained to the front desk, they completed blanked and avoided my questions. I’m sure this is illegal and will be filing a business complaint on the company. Do not understand why they are in the luxury market when they cannot guarantee stays, the business is a mess and they do not care about guests at all. Manager is motivated by money only lacks basic integrity, respect, social skills. Do not understand why he works in the hospitality industry?? Please look elsewhere - because if you stay here, they will rearrange your plans without caring and expect you to still pay for it.

4 weeks before the booked arrival date we had received a welcome email, that they are looking forward to our stay and if there is anything they could help with. Very nice gesture and we were looking forward to our stay. 2 weeks before our stay we had been contacted by WhattsApp from the front desk team (after a phone call without leaving a voicemail the day before), that they had decided to close the hotel earlier for the season break and they offered us a different hotel (a sister property 15km away from the original hotel and not a walking distance from any city) or a free cancellation. That is "okay", but causing such a trouble shortly before flying out to Greece, I would have expected from a hotel in that price segment a different customer service with some kind of gesture (upgrade, free transfer or anything), but nothing had been offered, even not after asking for it. What really disappointed me was the answer, that they could not understand my confusion, as they apparently had tried to reach me by phone for a month (though the only email I had received was the one welcome email). At the end we have cancelled the booking and booked a different hotel in Naoussa. It is really a pity, that the Guest Relation & Front Desk teams don't have the level of service you would expect from such a nice hotel.

I would definitely stay again. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Marcinos was the bartender. Young but very professional and friendly. Only issue was that the jacuzzi wouldn't hold water. The maintenance tech was able to address it eventually. The swimup bar was really cool.

We loved it. We booked last minute and had to stay in different rooms each night. Both were beautiful and excellently appointed. All of the staff were really, nice accommodating and did their best to extend service as often as possible. Would try to stay here again

Amazing hotel and excellent service, staff was very helpful and made our stay more relaxed The location was perfect not too far not too close to crowded area, so it was quite and romantic yet 10 min walk from Caffes ans resturants We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Sandaya for couples visiting Paros

One of the best accommodations we have had! The place was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this for people who are looking for a luxurious but still budget-friendly Paros island experience. The rooms are amazing and you get an absolutely hearty breakfast along with it. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Owners Manos and Anastasia are such lovely people. If you need planning and cant decide where to go, i would recommend you to contact the lovely lady Cleribella who can make your stay an absolute dream! ❤️ Thank you for making this experience one of the best times in our lives! We will be back soon with more friends and family ❤️

We had a wonderful four night stay exploring Paros and Antiparos. The service during our stay was wonderful and made our visit the much needed relaxing getaway we were looking for in Greece. The welcome cocktail at check-in, view from our room, fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast and home cooked meals each morning were perfect!
