★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για την εμπειρία μου στα κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης θα μιλήσω: οι πωλήτριες απογοητευτικές και μη εξυπηρετικές. Πήγαμε να κάνουμε μια αλλαγή και μας το αρνήθηκαν. Όχι απλά δεν μπορούν να πουλήσουν αλλά κάνουν κακό και στην εταιρεία, εκτός κ αν η εταιρεία έχει τέτοια φιλοσοφία. Άρα, ακόμα χειρότερο.. Τι να πω κρίμα που σε αυτές τις δύσκολες μέρες που όλες οι επιχειρήσεις παλεύουν να κρατηθούν, υπάρχουν κάποια κοριτσάκια που διώχνουν κόσμο. Κρίμα γιατί είναι κ η βιτρίνα του καταστήματος.
I will talk about my experience in the Thessaloniki store: the saleswomen are frustrating and unhelpful. We went to make a change and we were denied it. Not only can they not sell but they also do harm to the company, unless the company has such a philosophy. So, even worse .. What a pity to say that in these difficult days when all companies are struggling to keep up, there are some little girls who drive people away. Too bad because it is the shop window.

Ο Σταύρος και η Δέσποινα που δουλεύουν στο κατάστημα είναι από τους πιο εξυπηρετικους και γλυκους υπαλλήλους που έχω βρει σε μαγαζί.
Το κατάστημα έχει τέλεια ρουχα και σούπερ αξεσουάρ.
Ο συνδυασμός ποιότητας,ποικιλίας και εξυπηρέτησης , το κάνει ένα ΠΟΛΥ καλό μαγαζί και πρώτο στις προτιμήσεις μου.

Stavros and Despina who work in the store are among the most helpful and sweet employees I have found in a store.
The store has perfect clothes and super accessories.
The combination of quality, variety and service, makes it a VERY good store and first in my preferences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of clothing is definitely not what you pay for. The eshop representatives are rude. Wish I could post pictures but I can't ,bought a faux fur for 170 euros the stitching was all horrible the quality was as if it was meant to be sold in a Chinese store for 30 euros the tags on the inside say made in Italy which is a joke because quality like this is definitely not from Italy.
Called and requested to return it the woman was rude and she said why did I wait so long to call ( when in fact I had received it 2 days prior) . Bottom line is they are thieves and liars.
If you plan on shopping there think twice!!!!!???
