Δεν υπάρχει από απόδοση, θόρυβο εμφάνιση, είμαι ΠΟΛΥ ευχαριστημένη, έχοντας ήδη έναν άλλης εταιρείας οπότε μπορώ να συγκρίνω. Όσο αφορά την εταιρεία, άψογη και μέσω τηλεφώνου όπου πήρα για κάποιες διευκρινίσεις πριν παραγγείλω αλλά και από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα. Πολύ Καλή διαχείριση της παραγγελίας και παραλαβή. I bought the kullhaus qualis 25 in December and was late to evaluate to be sure. There is no performance, no noise appearance, I am VERY happy, already having another company so I can compare. As for the company, perfect and by phone where I got for some clarifications before ordering but also from the online store. Very good order management and receipt.
R	Relax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση τόσο τηλεφωνική όσο και από το κατάστημα. Αξίζει και με το παραπάνω τα 5 αστέρια για το after sales support που είναι από τα δύσκολα κομμάτια στην Ελλάδα!!!! Very good service both by phone and from the store. It is also worth the 5 stars for the after sales support which is one of the difficult pieces in Greece !!!!
k	karabelas Xaralabos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ( μέσω του e-shop) 3 θερμοπομπούς Νobo NTLT4T 2000w, πριν απο μερικές ημέρες, πλην όμως στην παράδοση οι 2 ήταν NTL4T και ο τρίτος NTL4N. Μην ξέροντας τη διαφορά, τηλέφωνησα στο e-shop για διευκρινήσεις. Ο πωλητής μάλλον άσχετος, μου ζήτησε να επιστρέψω τον NTL4Ν για έλεγχο και σε επιμονή μου οτι δεν πρόκειται για προβληματικό υλικό, μου ζήτησε να στείλω e-mail με φωτογραφίες των παραπάνω κωδικών όπως φαίνονταν στη συσκευασία, κάτι που έκανα αμέσως. Πέρασε μια εβδομάδα και ακόμη περιμένω απάντηση και ούτε πρόκειται να έρθει. Ευτυχώς η αντιπροσωπεία (Sani Hellas) μου έδωσε την απάντηση και την ευχαριστώ πολύ. Πρόκειται για το ίδιο υλικό με διαφορά στη διπλή μόνωση και γείωση. I ordered (through the e-shop) 3 Nobo radiators NTLT4T 2000w, a few days ago, but in the delivery 2 were NTL4T and the third NTL4N. Not knowing the difference, I called the e-shop for clarifications. The seller, rather irrelevant, asked me to return the NTL4N for inspection and in my insistence that this is not problematic material, asked me to send an e-mail with photos of the above codes as they appeared on the package, which I did immediately. A week has passed and I am still waiting for an answer and it is not going to come either. Fortunately the delegation (Sani Hellas) gave me the answer and thank you very much. It is the same material with a difference in double insulation and grounding.
Ι	ΙΟΥΛΙΑ ΚΑΡΑΓΙΩΡΓΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστεράκι πάει στο service και όχι στην ποιότητα του αφυγραντήρα... Πήγαμε τον αφυγραντήρα μας για καθαρισμό και ήρθε με άλλο καπάκι από πάνω και με σπασμένο καπάκι του δοχείου νερού... Όταν ζητήσαμε το λόγο, είπαν ότι άλλαξαν το καπάκι (χωρίς λόγο και χωρίς να μας το πούνε όταν τον παραλάβαμε) και μας μίλησαν επιθετικά! Μάλιστα έριξαν πάνω μας τις ευθύνες για το καπάκι του δοχείου ότι μπορεί και να το σπάσαμε εμείς κατά τη μεταφορά (!) και θεώρησαν σωστό να κλείσουν το τηλέφωνο στο σύζυγο μου κατάμουτρα! Αντιεπαγγελματισμός και έλλειψη ευγένειας... One star goes to the service and not to the quality of the dehumidifier ... We went to our dehumidifier for cleaning and it came with another lid on top and with a broken lid of the water tank ... When we asked for the floor, they said that they changed the lid (without reason and without telling us when we received it) and they spoke to us aggressively! In fact, they blamed us for the lid of the container that we may have broken during transport (!) And considered it right to hang up the phone to my husband face to face! Unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy ...

DECEMBER 20th, 2018 EDIT I couldn't but reinstall the 5th star, after Mr George Finetis' kind response.
