We stayed here in August, and it was MAGICAL. I fell in love with not only Greece, but Santorini Heights. While it is expensive, it is significantly cheaper than the surrounding hotels AND it’s huge compared to those same hotels. George was INCREDIBLE!!!! From the moment we booked our stay, until after we even checked out, George was exceptional. He provided a level of customer service I’ve never seen before. In fact, all of the staff was phenomenal! I forget her name, but the lady who made the breakfast, was delightful. And the food.... oh my goodness, it was AMAZING! Santorini Heights is the whole package - flawless location, extraordinary staff, and a beautiful view. To say I was sad to leave would be an understatement. I can’t thank George enough for his dedication to customer service. He made our trip so easy and relaxing. Honestly, he should be advertised with the package because he is out of this world. Thank you thank you thank you! I could go on and on (and I want to), but basically Santorini Heights should be everyone’s number one place to stay. I wish I could give it 100 stars! Update: The staff who helped make this a phenomenal experience were George, Katerina, Nick, and Maria!

Amazing place! More private than many hotels on the island which was perfect for our visit as a couple. The staff are so friendly, Ilias providing loads of tips about the island including restaurants, he also helped out with renting a car and organising other activities. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cake and biscuits everyday! The views are incredible too. Highly recommended

Beautiful, clean, private and quiet hotel. The breakfast is very good and it'll be delivered to your room whenever you want. But there could be more variety. My only suggestion to the hotel is to add some safety measures around the pool area since everything is concrete and gets very slippery when it's wet. It's hard to see that the floors are wet due to the colour and we were about to fall several times. You definitely need a car or taxi to go to the town but it's not too far. Also, there will be a lot of steps so if you have knee issues you may find it a bit difficult.

We stayed here for our wedding in 9/18. The hotel and views are beautiful and the staff was very polite and attentive, they even worked with our wedding coordinator to make our big day went smoothly. Will definitely stay again.

This luxurious, yet cozy hotel is spotless, comfortable and romantic. We stayed in what is arguably, the least desirable of the 5 suites and it was still great! The plunge pool was larger than we thought and provided a great cooling alternative to sunbathing on the very comfortable tanning beds. Free breakfast with great choices and food available at any time (with some advanced notice). Our host, Thomas, was fantastic! Communicated with us and took care of all our needs when asked and reminded us of upcoming needs, before we thought of them. Away from the crowded streets of Thira or Oia, it's a private oasis with great views and a Zen feel. Close to black sand beach clubs and the smaller town of Pyrgos, which offers a more authentic, Santorini experience. By all means, you need to visit Thira and Oia, but stay here!!!

Congratulations, you have found the most heavenly place to stay in Santorini! We stayed at Santorini Heights for 9 fantastic nights in May 2022. From the moment we arrived until the heartbreaking moment when we left, the manager, Thomas, ensured that he took the utmost care of us. I'm not sure when Thomas takes a break because he always seemed to be available to help us, and he seemed to care that we had the best experiences on the island. Thomas arranged for the hire car to be delivered to the hotel reception. We hired a little automatic, Smart Car Cabrio which was perfect (around 600 Euro), yes it does have a boot :) Thomas organised a wine tour, boat trips and restaurant bookings for us, along with reliable transport that returned for us at the end of the night (70 Euro round trip). Thomas dabbled in some cocktails now and again, which I thought were great, we even had a complimentary set of cocktails one day. Thomas made the extra effort to make my birthday a special day, but I won't spoil it for others. All of the staff are incredible, and I wish I knew their names to congratulate them here for their seemingly tireless work taking care of us. Santorini Heights uses a smartphone app which you use to order breakfast, cocktails and food. Scan your room key QR code, and it links to your account. (Tip- take a picture of the QR code for use when your key is somewhere else). You must order breakfast the previous afternoon- Thomas chased us up when we forgot to order. Other business arranged over whatsapp with Thomas, i.e. trips. Housekeeping must be ordered daily for covid reasons. Santorini Heights has a very personal feeling 5 rooms in total, 4 are together as staggered flats and 1 is situated far off to the right as you face the hotel. Our room was one of the cheaper rooms, upstairs and on the left as you look at the hotel. This was probably the best room of the 4 due to the view of the Santorini sunsets and outdoor space not being overlooked at all by the other apartments. The room was perfect, the lighting is very classy in the room and there is a large and comfortable bed, kitchen, day bed, TV (I took a chromecast which worked on it), dressing table, dining table, air con, WIFI (fast), shutters on windows. Outside there is seating, bean bag sun loungers (awesome), dining table and chairs and mini pool. Room keeping generally takes in excess of 2 hours to clean up however this is for good reason as they change absolutely everything. On a daily basis, we received new bedding, towels, towel bathrobes and flannels, they cleaned any dishes we had left (although I made an effort to do our own as much as possible). These all come wrapped in packs and left in the room as if you were new occupants. There is no problem with the amount of time spent cleaning the room as the staff generally arrange this for when you are out for a trip or meal etc. It's details like this that make Santorini Heights one of the most mind-blowing experiences to stay. Walking back into a completely fresh room is incredible after a hot day out. The electrics and air con stay on while you are out. Breakfast is delivered exactly when you ordered it for the previous day. It is delivered to the room and we were always asked where we would like to eat, inside or outside. Having breakfast while enjoying that view is so incredible its hard to explain. No need to get ready and head to a restaurant, just literally get up and into the bathrobe for breakfast. The hotel is near the top of the mountain, and as such, it is not walking distance from any of the local facilities. Please do not let this put you off! A taxi or short drive is worth it to return to heaven. Enjoy your stay!

Paradise! By far the nicest place to stay in Santorini. You won’t find any better on the island. The villas are in pristine condition and are extremely modern and comfortable. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their slice of paradise as there are many details throughout the property for you to experience. The staff is extremely kind and resourceful. We stayed in the cactus suite & it was heavenly! The views were breathtaking and the suite itself was lovely. I highly recommend you stay here, it may be your best decision of the trip.
