Οι εναλλαγές στην κάθε προπόνηση είναι χαρακτηριστικό της εμπειρίας της Ανθής Κοροβού. Τη σχολή τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Very neat place, amazing teacher and deep knower Pilates and yoga. The alternations in each training are characteristic of the experience of Anthi Korovou. I highly recommend the school!

Και βέβαια η εμπειρία της δασκάλας και ιδιοκτήτριας του χώρου. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! A wonderful way to take care of his body and soul. The holistic approach makes the difference. Προσέχει πάντα τις ανάγκες του καθενός ξεχωριστά τόσο σωματικά αλλά και ψυχικά. Εδώ και 5 χρόνια χάρη σε εκείνη αλλά και τη σχολή αγάπησα για πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου, την άσκηση. Ο χώρος που φιλοξενει τη σχολή πάντα περιποιημένος, καθαρός , φιλικός και ζεστός. Anthi is in my opinion an amazing teacher who transfers her knowledge with great love and interest. He always pays attention to the needs of everyone individually both physically and mentally. For 5 years now, thanks to her and the school, I loved exercise for the first time in my life. The space that hosts the school is always tidy, clean, friendly and warm.
