Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον κ.Σαράντογλου για την ευγένεια του και την πρόθεση μιας άριστης εξυπηρέτησης. We ordered the bedroom from Mr. Sarantoglou and we are very happy. I would like to thank Mr. Sarantoglou for his kindness and the intention of an excellent service.
P	Panagiotis Mikelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ενός 25 χρόνια επαγγελματία!! Έχουμε αγοράσει έπιπλα σε ύψος τουλάχιστον 7.000 €(δύο οικογένειες μαζί). Όλα τα έπιπλα του μας έχουν βγει ελαττωματικά. Και μέσα στην εγγύηση αλλά και μετά. Με το που ήρθαμε στον κύριο Σαραντογλου, αποδέχτηκε πώς η ποιότητα είναι ελαττωματικη με την παρατήρηση πώς η εγγύηση έχει περάσει, και η επισκευη θα κόστιζε!! Ακρως κακή ανταποκριση σε έναν καλό του πελατη. Κανονικά δεν αξίζει η συμπεριφορά του ούτε 1 αστέρι. Στις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται ένα ελάττωμα (τρύπα) στον καναπέ (κόστους 1500 €), το οποίο μας έχει ήδη διορθώσει τρεις φορές μέσα στον πρώτο χρόνο αγοράς του. Επίσης το κεφαλάρι του κρεβατιού (κόστους 1200 € χωρίς το στρώμα), το οποίο άρχισε να "μαδάει" από τον τρίτο χρόνο αγοράς του και σήμερα (5 χρόνια μετά) είναι στην κατάσταση που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Όταν του ζητήσαμε να το διορθώσει, μας είπε ότι έχει συμβεί και σε άλλον πελάτη, ο,τι τα εν λόγω κρεβάτια ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ έχουν βγει ελαττωματικά και ότι θα πρέπει να πληρώσουμε 200 € για την επιδιόρθωση του!! Θα ακολουθήσουν σε επόμενο post φωτογραφίες από τους σερβιτόρους στο τραπεζάκι σαλονιού (650 €) , οι οποίοι στραβωσαν μέσα στις πρώτες μέρες αγοράς του,μέχρι που ξεκόλλησαν τελείως μέσα σε λίγους μήνες. Απλά απαράδεκτος. Unacceptable behavior of a 25 year professional !! We have purchased furniture at least 7,000 € (two families together). All of our furniture has been defective. And in the warranty and afterwards. When we came to Mr. Sarantoglu, he accepted how the quality was defective by noticing how the warranty had passed, and the repair would have cost !! Extremely bad response to a good customer. Normally not even one star is worth his behavior. The pictures show a defect (hole) in the sofa (cost 1500 €), which has already corrected us three times in its first year of purchase. Also the headboard of the bed (cost 1200 € without mattress), which started to plummet from its third year of purchase and today (5 years later) is in the condition shown in the photos. When we asked him to fix it, he told us that it happened to another customer that these beds MUST have gone wrong and that we would have to pay $ 200 to repair it !! In the next post there will be photos of the waiters at the coffee table (650 €), who squeezed in the first days of their purchase until they were completely detached within a few months. Just unacceptable.

Από την πρώτη ημέρα που του έδειξα τα σχέδια του καναπέ που ονειρεύτηκα, εώς την μέρα της παράδοσης του ήταν άψογος. Νομίζω πως ελάχιστα καταστήματα επίπλων ενδιαφέρονται τόσο, για την επιθυμία του πελάτη να προσαρμόσουν τα έπιπλα στο χώρο τους (όχι μόνο τις διαστάσεις και το χρώμα του υφάσματος). Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! I am absolutely happy with my collaboration with Mr. Sarantoglou. From the first day I showed him the sofa designs I dreamed of, until the day of delivery it was flawless. I think very few furniture stores are so interested in the customer's desire to adapt the furniture to their space (not just the dimensions and color of the fabric). I highly recommend it !!

Με το που μπήκαμε στο κατάστημα ο κος Χρήστος μας υποδέχτηκε με χαρά και προθυμία να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Μας ξενάγησε σε όλο το κατάστημα για να δούμε τα έπιπλα,μας έδειξε επιπλέον σχέδια πέραν της έκθεσης και με τις πολύτιμες συμβουλές του επιλέξαμε τα έπιπλα που ταίριαζαν στο στυλ και στην ιδιοσυγκρασία μας. Ήταν απόλυτα ευγενικός και υπομονετικος με κάποιες αλλαγές που ήθελα να κάνω στην παραγγελία και είχα άμεση ανταπόκριση στην επικοινωνία μας! Προ ολίγων ημερών παραλάβαμε τα έπιπλα είναι όλα υπέροχα, εξαιρετικής ποιότητας ξύλου, φαίνεται πως η δουλειά έχει γίνει από επαγγελματίες,μέχρι και το τύλιγμα των επίπλων για να μην γίνει κάποια ζημιά κατά τη μεταφορά. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Searching for furniture for our new home ... I accidentally found the Sarantoglou furniture store. As soon as we entered the store, Mr. Christos welcomed us with joy and willingness to serve us. He guided us through the whole store to see the furniture, showed us additional designs in addition to the exhibition and with his valuable advice we chose the furniture that suited our style and temperament. He was absolutely polite and patient with some changes I wanted to make to the order and I had an immediate response to our communication! A few days ago we received the furniture is all wonderful, excellent quality wood, it seems that the work has been done by professionals, even the wrapping of the furniture to avoid any damage during transport. I highly recommend!!
