Αγορασαμε πραγματα συνολικης αξιας 500ευρω εκ των οποιων μια ντουσιερα η οποια ηρθε σπασμενη. Καθως την ανοιξαμε οταν ηρθε ο υδραυλικος να την τοποθετησει 10 μερες μετα τη παραλαβη, ο ιδιοκτητης δε δεχτηκε και αμφισβητησε οτι η ντουσιερα ηρθε σπασμενη. Το χειροτερο ομως ειναι η συμπεριφορα του η οποια ηταν αγενεστατη, κοινως αποδεκτο απο 4 ατομα που ηταν μπροστα στις συζητησεις. Επισης οι πορτες του ντους που παραλαβαμε ηταν διαφορετικες απο αυτες που παραγγειλαμε. Τελος, αρχικα ειπε οτι το προιον ηταν ετοιμοπαραδωτο (καθως θελαμε να το λαβουμε αμεσα) και τελικα δεν ηταν.. Ελειψη επαγγελματισμου 100%. Δε καταλαβαινει βεβαια ο ιδιοκτητης οτι κερδισε 100 ευρω πουλωντας ενα σπασμενο προιον αλλα εχασε αρκετους πελατες ειδικα οντως μερος μιας τοσο μικρης κοινωνιας. UNACCEPTABLE in every way and the worst is the most rude and cunning behavior. We bought things with a total value of 500 euros, of which a shower which came broken. As we opened it when the plumber came to install it 10 days after receipt, the owner did not accept and disputed that the shower came broken. But the worst is his behavior which was very rude, commonly accepted by 4 people who were in front of the discussions. Also the shower doors we received were different from the ones we ordered. Finally, he initially said that the product was ready to be delivered (as we wanted to receive it immediately) and in the end it was not .. Lack of 100% professionalism. Of course, the owner does not understand that he earned 100 euros by selling a broken product but he lost several customers, especially part of such a small society.
R	Robert Peter Banck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased an Ideal Standard toilet from this shop. The price was several hundred euros higher than other shops I later found out. We were sent an old floor model with an old broken flushing mechanism which had to be replaced immediately. I would never use this shop again and if you do - be very careful.
