★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to my humble opinion Sarantoulis is the best taverna in Thessaloniki. I have been there sooo many times and never had a even a slight deviation. Always super tasty food, super fast service and really good prices. Actually dont want to post such a good taverna here ;-)))

I loved the fried squid the most. It was freshly fried and tender. Eggplant salad, mussels, couscous salad and other dishes were amazing as well. Plus, they have draft ΝΥΜΦΗ(Nymfi) beer and it’s the best Greek beer so far!
