The lady who owns the place is very friendly and the waiter also. Greek coffee was really nice, as the juice!

Sativa Bar is located at the heart of Parikia,the port city of Paros. While it is mostly known as a bar, it also operates during the day, serving great breakfast that shouldn't be ignored. I visited Sativa on my first day in Paros, during my first trip around Parikia, after the recommendation of a local while I was looking for breakfast. The place has isn't very large but it does have two floors and a garden. It is decorated with antique furniture and has some really nice painted walls. The upper area is a spacious balcony and has a great view of the garden and road below. Sativa offers a wide variety of food, though its specialty is the various recipes of scrambled eggs served with special sauce and feta cheese, as well as the multitude of juices and smoothies. The shop is run by John and his wife, Noa, who were very welcoming and nice when I visited. They told me a lot about the island, as well as the history behind the bar itself. There is a great story behind the name and feel of the place so be sure to ask the owners about the origins of Sativa when you visit. John also offered to make me a special mix of two different recipes so if the place isn't too busy, I recommend you ask for the same thing. The preparation took a while longer but the result was definitely worth it. Everything is reasonably priced and affordable. It's definitely worth the price. I visited Sativa during the COVID pandemic so I can vouch for them that all the precautionary measures were taken properly. This was a clean, safe environment. The food in Sativs really is delicious and the great view above made this a great experience. I will be visiting again in my next visit to Paros!

Of the ~10 highly rated bars we've been to in Athens, Pariki, and Nassou this has had our favorite cocktails. We tried the Greek Mule, Strawberry Beret, and Mastiqa with lime.

We love this place. Owned by a husband and wife team, they treat each customer as a special guest. We visited here in 2019 and looked forward to coming back today!

Nice ambience, horrible cocktails. Many ingredients weren't available at the moment. For example, first order request was their signature cocktail Juanito or something like that and they couldn't make it because they didn't have peach. 2nd request was spicy margarita, but they were unable to make that because they didn't have a spice mix, nor a margarita mix. Resorted to a wine. Ordered a mojito, not sure what I got, but it was horrible. Fortunately, the drinks, similar to other areas, were pretty cheap.

WAAAW ! What a great spot/ This bar is tucked away in the center of Parikia! Ya cant mis it, just find the church with the 100 doors ( in fact there are only 99 of them, i counted them ;) ) and take a right ... keep going for an other 250mtrs and there it this at your left hand side of the street/alley : An oasis of cool music, cold beer, a lovely selection of rum and tasty thingies to munch for lunch. For the lovebirds, they have like a balcony where ya can cosy up to your loved one and smell the beautiful flowers that envelop the upstairs. Highly Recommended!

I haven’t tried all places that serve breakfasts on Paris, but I’m pretty sure that this place serves the best breakfast there. The eggs are amazing and I highly recommend the ones with spinach. Keep in mind that place is quite popular and some dishes might not be available after 11, so I recommend going there early.
