★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν πάω στον εκάστοτε γιατρό, πληρώνω για την διάγνωση του γιατί δεν γνωρίζω τι έχω και έτσι δεν μπορώ και ούτε θα κρίνω την επαγγελματική του άποψη.
Πέραν της διάγνωσης στην οποία δεν έχω άποψη, θεωρώ ότι μπορώ να κρίνω άλλα πράγματα όπως:
Όταν κλείνω ραντεβού στις 5, δεν το κλείνω ούτε στις 5.30 ούτε στις 6 παρά.
Όταν με εξετάζει ο εκάστοτε γιατρός, δεν μπορεί ταυτόχρονα να απαντάει στα τηλέφωνα, να κλείνει ραντεβού και να σηκώνεται να ανοίγει την πόρτα…
Ότι μπαίνω σε ένα ιατρείο/γραφείο παραμελημένο, στο οποίο ο χρόνος κυριολεκτικά έχει σταματήσει 20 χρόνια πριν. (Το ρολόι στην αίθουσα αναμονής ήταν σταματημένο…)
Όσον αφορά την επικοινωνία, θεωρώ ότι για μια απλούστατη διάγνωση όπως η δικιά μου, το να το συζητάμε για 20 και πλέον λεπτά το θεωρώ υπερβολή, και από ένα σημείο και μετά χάσιμο χρόνου.
Γενικά η επικοινωνία δεν ήτανε και η καλύτερη δυνατή από όσο διεπίστωσα, πάντα στη δικιά μου περίπτωση.
Ίσως ξαναδοκιμάσω μετά από μερικά χρόνια, όταν έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση στο γραφείο/μηχανήματα, υπάρχει γραμματέας, τηρούνται τα ραντεβού, και η επικοινωνία με τον ασθενή έχει γίνει πιο άμεση και χωρίς ανούσιους διαλόγους.
When I go to the respective doctor, I pay for his diagnosis because I do not know what I have and so I can not and will not judge his professional point of view.
Apart from the diagnosis in which I have no opinion, I consider that I can judge other things such as:
When I make an appointment at 5, I do not make an appointment either at 5.30 or at 6 p.m.
When the doctor examines me, he cannot answer the phones, make an appointment and get up at the same time to open the door…
That I enter a neglected doctor's office / office, in which time has literally stopped 20 years ago. (The clock in the waiting room was stopped…)
As far as communication is concerned, I consider that for a very simple diagnosis like mine, to discuss it for more than 20 minutes is an exaggeration, both at one point and then a waste of time.
In general, the communication was not the best possible than I found out, always in my case.
Maybe I will try again after a few years, when the office / machinery has been renovated, there is a secretary, appointments are kept, and communication with the patient has become more direct and without meaningless dialogues.
