Είχα παραγγείλει μεταξύ άλλων ένα σουβλάκι μόνο με ντομάτα. Είχε τα πάντα εκτός από ντομάτα. Στην περιγραφή της πίτας Καισαρείας στο φυλλάδιο λέει παστουρμάς αρμένικος με κασέρι και ντομάτα. Είχε ελάχιστο παστουρμά και χοντροκομμένα κομμάτια από ωμό σουτζουκι. Επίσης οι πίτες ήταν αψητες και σχεδόν άψητο το κεμπάπ. Εννοείται ότι δεν θα παραγγείλω ποτέ ξανά και να μην το κάνετε ούτε εσείς. Absolutely unacceptable delivery. I placed the order at 13.48. Εκτός από την τεράστια καθυστέρηση, αφού με ρώτησε η κοπέλα αμέτρητες φορές καλαμάκι χοιρινό και της είπα αμέτρητες φορές οχι, καλαμάκι κοτοπουλο, το ανοίγω και βλεπω καλαμάκι χοιρινό και τζατζίκι ενώ είχαμε πει χωρίς τζατζίκι. Οκ λάθη συμβαίνουν εννοειται, αλλά τηλέφωνα κατεβασμένα επομένως έπρεπε να πάω από εκεί για να αλλάξω το λάθος. Η κατάσταση συνεχίζεται όταν η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι για να μου το αλλάξει θα πρέπει να περιμένω πολύ. Της είπα εντάξει και μέσα σε 2 λεπτά μου το εφερε. Στην αρχή χάρηκα αλλά όταν πήγα σπίτι να φάω καταλαβα γιατί ήρθε τόσο γρήγορα. Το καλαμάκι είχε κυριολεκτικά και χωρίς να υπερβάλλω 2 κομματάκια κοτόπουλο. Σαν να μην φτάνουν όλα αυτά, ο ψηστης γυρνάει και λεει ότι είναι η μόνοι που δουλεύουν ενώ είναι αργία, πράγμα που το κατανοώ αλλά δεν αφορά τον πελάτη ο οποίος εφόσον βλέπει ότι το μαγαζί είναι ανοιχτό θα παραγγείλει και είναι διαθετειμενος να δείξει κατανόηση στον μεγάλο όγκο παραγγελιών αρκεί να εξυπηρετηθεί τουλάχιστον κάποια στιγμή, αλλά την επιχείρηση.
