Αλλά πρέπει να αναφερθώ σε ένα γεγονός, στο οποίο, όπως αποδείχτηκε, πολλοί εγκατέλειψαν το καθήκον τρέχοντας μακρυά για την προσωπική τους ασφάλεια. Και αναφέρομαι στην φωτιά στο Μάτι, όπου μεταξύ άλλων βρισκονταν στον Αγιο Ανδρέα και το 1ο Σύστημα Ναυτοπροσκόπων Νικαίας. Μέσα σε όλον τον χαμό που ακολούθησε την πυρκαϊά ένας άνθρωπος δικός μας(πρόσκοπος) βρέθηκε να βοηθήσει τα παιδιά μας. Βοήθησε στην ταχύτατη εκκένωση, έφερε τρόφιμα, νερά και βρισκόνταν εκεί να δώσει οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια σε όποιο πρόβλημα θα προέκυπτε...επαναλαμβάνω για τα παιδιά που έπρεπε να απομακρυνθούν ταχύτατα. Αυτός ήταν ο Δημήτρης ο Ελένης ο αρχηγός του συστήματος της Ελευσίνας.Ένα απλό ευχαριστώ δεν αρκεί!...Τυχαίνει όμως να τον γνωρίζω πάνω από τριάντα χρόνια μια και συνυπηρετούσαμε στην 112 Πτέρυγα Μάχης (Ελευσίνα)αλλά δεν ήξερα ότι είναι και αυτός μέλος του σώματος. Με την επέμβασή του στο Μάτι πληροφορήθηκα ότι είναι πρόσκοπος και αυτός. Ακέραιος χαρακτήρας, ολοκληρωμενη προσωπικότητα, καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος. Άνθρωποι σαν τον Δημήτρη κρατούν ψηλά την σημαία του προσκοπισμού στην Ελλάδα. He helped to evacuate quickly, brought food, water and was there to give any help in any problem that might arise ... I repeat for the children who had to be evacuated quickly. This was Dimitris Elenis, the leader of the system of Elefsina. A simple thank you is not enough! ... But I happen to know him for over thirty years since we served in the 112th Battle Wing (Elefsina) but I did not know that he is also a member of body. With his operation on Mati, I was informed that he is also a scout. Integral character, complete personality, amazing person. People like Dimitris hold high the flag of scouting in Greece. Α	Ανδρέας Μπουργάνης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κτήριο στεγάζει όλες τις διοικητικές υπηρεσίες του ΣΕΠ, καθώς στο ισόγειο το Προσκοπικο Πρατήριο! Σίγουρα ένα τέτοιο κτήριο χρειάζεται μόνιμα συντήρηση και περιποίηση, ώστε να το χαίρεται κάθε μέλος! Δεν είναι το κτήριο, αλλά η Αποστόλη την οποία στεγάζει πολλά χρόνια!! The building houses all the administrative services of SEP, as well as the Scout Plateau on the ground floor! Surely such a building needs permanent maintenance and treatment, so that every member can enjoy it! It is not the building, but Apostoli which it houses for many years !!
