It is clean and comfortable. Beutiful beach, great location.

Last year, we decided to stay in Pelion for eight days. We planned to have two nights in Chorefto and split the rest of the nights in other locations. After our first night at Sea and Sun villas we understood that we found the perfect place and extended our stay for the whole period…
The villas are in the middle of Chorefto (which we believe is the best location in Pelion), right in front of the beach. There are great restaurants nearby and a supermarket in a walking distance.
The place is beautifully designed with relaxed atmosphere. In each villa there is large garden with a private pool and a barbeque area. The villas are fully equipped, a great kitchen with all the devices you need and a laundry machine with a dryer.
Marina and the local stuff were extremely nice and took care of everything we asked for. During our last visit, we had the privilege of meeting the owners who made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for this little heaven on earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is brand new and super well kept. It's also located right across the beach and has showers at the entrance for both feet and full body which is very convenient. The rooms are designed thoughtfully and are comfortable. The place was welcoming with enjoyable scenery. 100% would come back in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unique beautiful place ever! The unit is very spacious and designed beautifully! They though about every little thing that you might need for your stay. Very clean. It’s across the street from a beautiful beach and we loved staying there every moment! We will definitely will be returning again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were three couples of friends on a avacation together and had the greatest vacation we could have imagined.
To begin with, the villas are right across from the beach, with small private pools overlooking the ocean.
The villas have all amenities needed, a fully equipped kitchen, a grill, nice pool beds for chilling, and an outdoor dining area.
The hosts are very helpful and were happy to recommend us of trips and restaurants in the area and with everything we needed.
We highly recommend this vacation, and for sure will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are two families who stayed in one of these villas for about two weeks. It was a rather disappointing experience. First of all, they advertise free parking. On our arrival, a young man indicated our parking slot. A few days later, the owners who moved right next to us, informed us that this was a private parking space so we should park our car on the beach! What's more, we communicated strictly in English because neither of them could speak Greek.
Secondly, the washing machine was not in our kitchen - as advertised - but inside a shared laundry room. Also, the young manager of the villas informed us that the pool would be cleaned every day. We had to practically beg every three days for someone to come and clean it.
No covid precautions whatsoever. No masks, no gloves worn by either the pool man (whenever he came) or the cleaning ladies. This changed upon our request.
Loads of noise every afternoon by maintenance works in our next door villa.
In general, as a paying guest, I personally felt unwanted.
On the positive side, nice location, new and well-decorated facilities.
