★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully equipped flat with appliances of a very good quality. A decent garden with a small swimming pool, a functional bbq and a couple of sun-beds. Fast internet and Netflix both in bedroom and livingroom. The kitchen is very decent also as well as the shower.
The only drawback noticed is the distance between Kalamitsi and the nearest beaches i.e. St. Nektarios, and Kathisma, which is estimated to 10 and 15 minutes respectively, by car. Another drawback of the surrounding area in Kalamitsi is the rather narrow road network, which quite often can cause frustration at certain points. However, the place is very calm and peaceful and especially the area where the flat is located into.
