S	Ser Kav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So beautiful and luxurious apartment, exactly like the pictures. It is super clean, brand new with very comfy beds (even the bed-sofa is very comfortable for sleeping). You can sense the taste and care for perfection in every corner. The veranda is spacious and has a beautiful sea and city view. Another thing that made me impression is the super-fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Must visit again for more days. Top-level in every aspect.

We really enjoyed our time there and especially the veranda with the amazing panoramic view of the sea-city. The neighborhood is very quiet (we found it very easy), and there are a lot of markets, shops and taverns at a walking distance, which is very convenient because my husband didn’t want to drive all the time. Also, the beach is only 3 min on foot (it’s in front of a big, sandy beach with blue waters). There is also a small garden in the building’s region with a barbeque place but unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to use it. It’s our choice for the summer.
S	Stefanos Papazoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment exactly like the pictures. I really liked that the balcony – veranda had a sea view. It is situated on the 1st floor of the building just next to the private roofed parking spot, at which we parked our car. It has 2 bathrooms (very practical for more guests). It is a plus that the hot water comes from solar panels so there is plenty all day. The air-condition is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment instantly!!!(actually we turn it off at night because the place is cool enough even if outside had 32 Celsius). The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Kalamitsa beach (3 min on foot) and also close to shops, taverns and supermarkets, which is very convenient because u can go on foot. Finally, the host was super friendly and helped us with our questions and needs, providing us with the map on the region.
p	petru virlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience due to the following reasons: - location is great with a fabulous view to the sea - the neighborhood is not too crowded and very safe - the apartment was very clean, and has everything you need for a perfect stay - the interaction with the host was above expectations. very kind person and the level of details we got about the apartment and the surrounding area was amazing! - Kavala itself was a nice surprise for us, as it's a really nice place with good food, great sights and nice beaches in the area
