While turning left into the clinics parking lot, a motor bike hit our vehicle on the left rear panel. We finished our turn and parked in a dedicated parking spot. A friend had an appointment there for a COVID test. As we waited for our friend to complete her test we sat in the parking lot without obstructing the business. A female nurse came from the clinic and sarcastically and very rudely told us it wasn’t a beach, and demanded we move to a very busy road to the front of the business. It was apparent we had just been involved in an accident, however not one time did she ask about the well-being of everyone involved. She then made threats to call the police if we didn’t move. We told her we were also there for a scheduled appointment & we were waiting for our friend. The nurse then entered her vehicle and was visibly upset. She left the parking lot at a high rate of speed, endangering the safety of those within the immediate area. Her lack of concern for the safety of human beings reflects poorly on her and the business she represents. Someone with such lack of compassion should never be entrusted with the position which she holds. If you supervise this individual, she should be removed and retrained. This is absolutely unacceptable. For those who may know this individual, I have attached a photo so that there is no confusion as to what employee has incorrectly represented your business.

3 Hours standing in line waiting for a rapid antigen test. At a certain point we were told that they were no longer making tests. After a while they told us instead that they will make it if we will pay 45€ instead of 20€, then the price lowered to 40€ (of course in the receipt they wrote 20€. Some people which had an appointment were charged instead 30€ just because they had an appointment. Like us other 20 people had the same situation. We tried to be as much kind as possible, always wearing a mask and standing outside keeping distance but when it was the moment to pay, it was “pay the double or you won’t get your result”.

I went here to do a PCR test during my stay in Mykonos. First of all they were impossible to reach by phone or email to book an appointment, which made it a hassle to book. Once there, the lady at the reception felt more bothered by receiving her coffee delivery and chit-chatting with her colleague than actually attending us. After a good 30min waiting and nothing really happening (except locals coming in and out to seemingly greet the receptionist), we finally got our PCR test done. Nothing particular to say on that. It is done in front of the clinic in a makeshift tent, everything was clean. Then came the moment to pay and that was the cherry on top. I had been advised by my hotel that the test would cost €60 + an additional €10 for the certificate (which already felt like a rip off as this is the first place in the world I hear off charging for a certificate). The receptionist asked €150 for the two tests, which took me aback, and when politely challenged about why it wasn't €140, she grunted at me, shrugged her shoulders and told me it was €15 for the certificate. I asked why the previous customer, whose bill was on the counter, only paid €10 for it, all I got for a reply was that he was a "member of the clinic". Certificate was sent by email 24hrs later All in all, by far the worst experience I've ever had for a test, non-existent customer service and most likely a huge scam for tourists. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The clinic was busy but the ladies were very helpful and friendly inside reception. Was in and out of there by 30 minutes. Did not need to book an appointment in advance. Make sure your name is correct when they enter it into the system for your covid records.

Do not use. The attitude of the receptionist stinks. It mentions 24hr facility. They turned up at 8.10 and announce that Covid tests won't start until 10am because she "has other things to do". Travellers have flights to catch and tests to complete beforehand, it's stressful enough without having to deal with this. Complete lack of info and service. Use another centre for Covid tests. Such a shame as everyone else I've encountered on this trip been super nice. Just no need for it

Both young ladies working the receptionist desk were rude. I witnessed one lady snatch a cell phone out of a gentleman hand when he was trying to show his identification. Then when the line outside grew, no one explained what was going on to the kids outside. Some of them had appointments. By the time I was getting my test, there were couples ahead of me that never got served. When they questioned the staff and asked for their passport, it appeared it couldn’t be found. This island needs to deploy some nurses to assist because clearly this place is under staff.

The representative told I Would get my results via email at 10 pm that same day I got tested. The night roll till the next day morning. I still didn’t had my results via email. I had a flight 2 hours prior. So I had to call them 9 am Saturday.to get my results. !!! Was very stressful I was worried too. If I would of not called I would of been stranded in Mykonos. Very inconvenient. It was as 60 € for PCR. When I heard it was 50€

Though fully vaccinated and fulfilled all requirements to travel internationally, the US government requires a PCR test to come back home. I am stunned!!! Why!?!?! Crazy and dumb heads!!! To add insult to injury, I had to pay 60 Euros to do the test. Unbelievable and incomprehensible!!!!!
