P	Petros Ritsopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαχείριστης Απαράδεκτος, μας είχε και περιμέναμε μισή ώρα στο parking στους 35ο C μέχρι να δει ένα εκρεμμες υπόλοιπο €500 από τα 3.000 ευρώ στο λογαριασμό του. Όταν κάποιος από την παρέα εκνευρίστηκε που περιμέναμε τόση ώρα στον ήλιο και - ενώ δεν του μιλούσε ο ίδιος στο τηλέφωνο - ο διαχειριστής άκουσε τη φραση "θα του δείξω εγω" και δήλωσε ότι επιστρέφει τα υπόλοιπα χρήματα και μας πετάει έξω (ουσιαστικά, ποτέ δεν μπηκαμε μεσα)! 15 άτομα Τέσσερις Οικογένειες με γυναικόπαιδα. Τόσο επαγγελματίας. Δυστυχώς είχαμε κλείσει απευθείας και όχι μέσω Booking η Air BnB και μπορούσε να κάνει ότι θέλει ο τύπος. Όταν με την παρέμβαση ψυχραιμότερων αυτό αποφεύχθηκε, ζήτησε να του καταθέσουμε επιπλέον 1.500 ευρώ ως εγγύηση ότι δεν θα καταστρέψουμε το σπίτι επειδή τον "απειλήσαμε"!!! Αν και οι μισοί ήταν υπέρ του να φύγουμε και να του τραβήξουμε μία μήνυση όλη δική του αλλα υπηρχαν ενστάσεις λογω των παιδιων και της επικειμενης ταλαιπωρίας. Αφού έγιναν όλα αυτά και ανεβήκαμε στο σπίτι μετα απο 2 ωρες στους 35οC, η κατάσταση που αντιμετωπισαμε δεν ήταν ότι καλύτερο. Το σπίτι ήταν πρόχειρα καθαρισμένο, κάτω από τα κρεβάτια υπήρχε αρκετή σκόνη και αποξηραμένα σκουλήκια και η πισίνα δεν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί ως πισίνα αλλά ως στέρνα. Γεμάτη άλγη και καταπράσινη χωρίς πλακάκια αλλά μόνο απο τσιμέντο. Μεσα στο σπιτι, καμία μέριμνα για αντισηπτικά λόγω covid-19, ούτε για να υπάρχουν καθαρά σεντόνια ή πετσέτες για μία εβδομάδα που μείναμε. Κλιματισμός δεν υπήρχε στα καθιστικά και στο σαλόνι παρά μόνο στα δωμάτια. Οι καταψύκτες των ψυγείων χρειάζονταν όλοι απόψυξη. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι (εκτός την πισίνα φυσικά) ηταν το μοναδικό καλό του σπιτιού, για αυτό και τα δύο αστέρια. Επισυνάπτονται φωτό, δεν θα το σύστηνα. When one of the company got upset that we waited so long in the sun and - while he was not talking to him on the phone - the manager heard the phrase "I will show it to him" and said that he returns the rest of the money and throws us out (in fact, never we are in)! 15 people Four Families with women and children. So professional. Unfortunately we had booked directly and not through Booking Air BnB and the guy could do whatever he wanted. When this was avoided with the intervention of calmer people, he asked us to deposit an additional 1,500 euros as a guarantee that we would not destroy the house because we "threatened" him !!! Although half were in favor of us leaving and suing him all his own but there were objections due to the children and the impending suffering. After all this was done and we went home after 2 hours at 35oC, the situation we faced was not the best. The house was temporarily cleaned, under the beds there was enough dust and dried worms and the pool can not be described as a pool but as a cistern. Full of algae and green without tiles but only made of cement. Inside the house, no care for antiseptics due to covid-19, nor to have clean sheets or towels for a week we stayed. There was no air conditioning in the living rooms and the living room except in the rooms. Fridge freezers all needed defrosting. Outdoors (except the pool of course) was the only good thing about the house, so both stars. Attached photo, I would not recommend it.
N	NIKOS AIVATIDIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ όμορφη κατοικία που μπορεί να στεγάσει πολλά άτομα χωρίς να είναι ο ένας πάνω στον άλλο. Δεν παίρνει 5 αστεράκια καθώς για το κόστος της διανυκτέρευσης περιμέναμε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό καθαριότητας. Άλλα δυο μικρά μειονεκτήματα που θα ήθελα να αναφέρω είναι ότι οι σκάλες στο εσωτερικό του σπιτιού δεν ενδείκνυται για μικρά παιδιά και ότι η μαγευτική πισίνα είναι από σαγρέ υλικό που μπορεί να προκαλέσει εύκολα κάποιο τραυματισμό. Very nice house that can accommodate many people without being on top of each other. It doesn't take 5 stars as for the cost of the night we expected a higher degree of cleanliness. Two other small disadvantages I would like to mention are that the stairs inside the house are not suitable for young children and that the enchanting pool is made of rough material that can easily cause an injury.
