Ευγενεστατοι οικοδεσπότες.. ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΉ ΘΕΑ...!! Excellent, spotless, huge, beautiful, apartment ... with everything a family needs, to be available in the space. LUXURY that you do not find easily on vacation .. they commonly spoil you !!! Gentle hosts .. FANTASTIC VIEW ... !!

Vederea splendidă este doar de pe terasa livingului, celelalte camere au vedere la parcare și două dintre ele sunt la mansardă fără geam și incomode! Gazda, în schimb, foarte prietenoasă și amabilă! Chiar dacă nu s-a făcut curăt în apartament, pe toată perioada sejurului(din cauza pandemiei) am avut cele necesare (prosoape, produse de curățat, cafea și mici gustări pentru mic dejun) Cine vrea liniște și relaxare ar trebui să mai cerceteze! Părerea mea !!!! The property is ok, but between the apartment and the sea there is a very busy street! The splendid view is only from the terrace of the living room, the other rooms overlook the parking lot and two of them are in the attic without glass and uncomfortable! The host, on the other hand, is very friendly and kind! Even if the apartment was not cleaned, during the whole stay (due to the pandemic) we had the necessary things (towels, cleaning products, coffee and small snacks for breakfast) Who wants peace and relaxation should research! In my opinion !!!!
g	georgiana c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raport foarte bun calitate-pret.Apartamentul e mobilat si utilat complet,ideal situat in cea mai buna locatie din Nea Peramos,in primul rand la mare,avand o vedere superba.De asemenea e situat pe promenada,fiind foarte aproape de market,taverne,magazine.Terasa spatioasa cu vedere superba la mare unde se poate lua in mod confortabil masa de catre mai multe persoane,beneficiind si de copertina extensibila in cazul in care soarele e prea puternic.La etajul 2 un living spatios si generos cu bucatarie dotata,2 dormitoare si baie, si o mansarda cu alte doua dormitoare cozy, joase,cu acoperis inclinat,deservite de aer conditionat si o baie.Nu am gasit o oferta mai buna pentru un apartament pe malul marii,cu atat mai mult cu 4 camere plus living. Gazda e o persoana deosebita care nu doar preda apartamentul intr-o stare de curatenie foarte buna,dar este si o persoana calda si apropiata,facandu-ne sa simtim ca avem un prieten localnic! Very good value for money. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, ideally located in the best location in Nea Peramos, primarily at sea, with a beautiful view. It is also located on the promenade, being very close to the market, taverns , shops. Spacious terrace with beautiful sea views where you can comfortably dine by several people, also benefiting from the extensible canopy if the sun is too strong. On the 2nd floor a spacious and generous living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, and an attic with two other cozy, low bedrooms, with sloping roof, air conditioning and a bathroom. I could not find a better offer for an apartment on the beach, especially with 4 rooms plus living. The host is a special person who not only hands over the apartment in a very good condition, but is also a warm and close person, making us feel that we have a local friend!

With the exception of the last 2-3 years where we stayed only at the Sea'sTheDay apartment and I don't think we're ever changing it for anything else in Peramos ! - best location in the city - 10m (or less) from the beach - best bakery in Peramos 30m from the location - huge living area, nice temperature even without A/C, comfortable beds - as clean as it gets - great terrace where you can watch the sunrise from :) Doesn't worth it to look for a different place. If you're looking for a spacious apartment, awesome location and a responsive&kind host (with perfect English btw) that's your place.

The location has a balcony with a beautiful sea view and the beach is 50 meters away. We felt great and will definitely be back. We highly recommend it.
